仕事内容 The Customer & Restaurant Solutions Business Technical Analyst will be responsible for providing technical analysis and support of all digital & restaurant products, both local and global solutions. This includes developing & leveraging technology standards, defect management processes, capturing and documenting business requirements, coordinating and aligning software releases.

The role will also work with third-party vendors who provide development, deployment, and support services for McDonald's internal digital and restaurant products to build positive relationships and improve the quality of products and services. In addition to working closely with key partners this role will also be closely aligned to internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operation, Strategy and Finance teams.

Position Purpose

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Strategy
• Continuously identifying and leveraging areas of opportunity to reduce support escalations and decrease disruption to our business partners
• Seeks and investigates opportunities where efficiencies can be gained with a focus on reducing time from development to adoption
• Communicates requirements with product specialists to determine alignment between business needs and product capabilities.

Consulting
• Educate vendors on best practice to achieve product readiness and support of digital prod
• As the product expert drive discussions of a technical nature that support improvements
Day to Day Responsibilities
• Primary Products – Mobile App (MOP,3PO incl Delivery etc.), Web, DMB & ODMB and TLS
• Lead the identification and resolution of priority issues – Project and production products
• Participate in the review of solution/product design documentation for new capabilities
• Comprehend and communicate configuration standards, that need to be adopted in order to effectively deploy & support digital & restaurant technology products
• Collaborate with business owners and/or vendors to ensure the requirements are clear
• Be a point of technical escalation for solution integration, testing & pilot activities
• Assist teams in setting up test labs (local & offshore) to allow for effective testing

応募資格

【歓迎(WANT)】

• 3+ years of relevant experience working on restaurant tech, e-commerce and at least 2+ years of experience as a Mobile Development Team Leader with a successful track record in developing high-quality applications
• Good knowledge with agile development methodologies
• Experience working across multiple platforms and technologies
• Proven ability to drive architectural decisions on Android and iOS
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with products, software and processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have demonstrated good customer focus, both with internal and external groups.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines and budgets.
• Organized and meticulous with a great attention to detail
• Immediate level written and spoken English
