| 仕事内容 |
■部署の役割 グローバル会計方針の策定、技術会計の実施、内部統制報告書の管理／内部統制問題への対応 ・連結範囲の策定 適切な会社が連結財務諸表に含まれるようにすることにより、 グループの連結財務諸表が完全で正確なものとなるようにする。 社内における事業構造の変更（会社の買収、会社の設立、会社の閉鎖など）に関するすべての 重要なプロジェクトを把握し、適切な連結方法に従って会計評価を行っていただきます。 ・連結システム 適切な人材が適切な連結システムにアクセスできるよう、管理いただきます。（JSOXのテスト/レビューも含む） 旧システムから新システムへの移行も行っていただきます。（25年度予定）。 ・改善プロジェクト レポーティング・パッケージ情報のメンテンナンス及び改善（決算期の統一、終了例外処理など） ■具体的な業務内容 ・月次評価と経営陣への報告 ・連結範囲の変更(子会社の包含・削除、持分会社の包含・削除等) ・所有率、資本注入、資本分配などの変更に応じて更新 ・子会社・関連会社の資本関係トラッキング ・連結会計管理 ・M&Aプロジェクトの財務会計評価(取引の財務的影響と連結アプローチを含む) ・GCPP グループ全体の予算 / 予測提出 ・連結システムおよびその他の会計トピックに使用される為替レートの管理 ・新規子会社の取り込み 【マネジメント】 ４名のチームマネジメントをしていただきます。（１名は海外からリモート） ・チームへの指導や課題、コーチングやカウンセリングを行い、チームメンバーのキャリアアップや個人の成長を指導する ・チームワークを育む安全で効率的な職場環境を確保する 【MISSON】 Maintain Accounting Policy; Perform Technical Accounting; Manage Internal Control Reporting/Address Internal Control Issues; Consolidation Scope: The department ensures that Group Consolidated Financial Statements are complete/accurate by ensuring the right companies are included within it; that Senior Leadership is aware of all key projects around business structure changes within the company (i.e., purchases of companies, creations of companies, closures of companies, etc.); accounting assessments as-to appropriate consolidation method. Consolidation System: The department ensures the right people have the right access to the Consolidation system, which includes JSOX testing/reviews; Assists companies in adopting Nissan reporting and submission standards. Reporting out on key system metrics. Working on transition from prior system to new system (planned for FY25). Improvement Projects: Harmonization of reporting package information (closing period unification, exit exceptional treatment, etc.). 【PEOPLE MANAGEMENT】 Directly motivate and manage a team of four professionals ・Accomplish department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities ・Provide guidance and assignments to team, as well as coaching and counseling, allowing for team member career and personal growth ・Ensures a safe and productive working environment that fosters teamwork; comfortable managing staff located at other sites. ＜アピールポイント / Selling point of this position＞ ・グローバルな事業部門と連携し、組織全体の戦略立案に携わることができるダイナミックなポジションです。 ・国内・海外事業の詳細を知り、日産のグローバルビジネスを理解することができます。 We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable Accounting Leader with a strong Accounting background to join our team! | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・英語力(スピーキング/ライティング/リーディング - TOEIC800点以上)・会計に関する深い知識 ・8年以上の多国籍大企業での勤務経験 ・マネジメント経験 ・English Language Skills (speaking/writing/reading - TOEIC 800 or above) Japanese skills are a plus, but not required ・Strong accounting knowledge ・+8 years working in a large, multinational company ・Management Experience (oversight of people, projects, deliverables). 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・業界経験または公認会計士事務所での経験・ファイナンス・会計領域での学士以上の学位 ・MBAもしくはファイナンス領域の修士学位 ・CPAもしくは相当の資格 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力 ・Industry experience or experience in Public Accounting Firm ・Bachelor degree in finance or accounting ・MBA or master degree in finance preferred ・CPA, or equivalent preferred ・Business-level Japanese Language Skills |
