■Overview At Money Forward, we provide various services such as our B2B cloud service "Money Forward Cloud" and our personal finance management tool "Money Forward ME.", aimed to solve the many financial challenges our society faces. As we continue to add various new products and features, one of our urgent priorities is ensuring speedy development while maintaining quality to satisfy our customers. While Agile development ensures speed, quality assurance within short cycles is still an area that is improving, and there is a growing need to strengthen talent in this area. ■Quality Assurance at Money Forward QA Engineers are assigned to projects where they collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Development Teams. QA Engineersprimarily conduct manual tests for our web and smartphone applications related to accounting and tax filing. Depending on the project, QA Engineers may also be involved in specification reviews, design reviews, and UX considerations from the early stages of development. While involvement in Scrum is still limited, QA Engineers are increasingly participating, and contributing to tasks. Going forward, our plan is to reduce the proportion of manual testing while increasing efforts in quality analysis and improvement, process optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency inorder to have a more significant contribution to product development. ■Responsibilities ・Improvement of development processes ・Review of functional requirements and designs ・Test planning, test design, execution, bug reporting, and post-release confirmation ・Maintenance of accessibility guidelines ・Establishment of accessibility checks in QA processes ・Promotion of accessibility within the internal QA community ・Improvement of unit test coverage ・Assurance of upstream quality using metrics ・Test automation using tools like Selenium ・Automation of non-functional tests using Chaos Engineering, etc. ■Selection Process Casual interview/Document Screening ↓ Coding assignment ↓ First interview ↓ Second interview ↓ Final interview \*Reference checks may be required before or after the interview. ↓ Job offer and Meeting The selection process may change ■Reference checks Money Forward may ask you for the reference checks using an online service, called "back check". ■Salary Range: Min 6,408,000 - Max 10,000,000 Japanese yen / year (Gross) \*Including fixed overtime work allowance of 45 hours for regular, non-legal hours, legal holidays and 40 hours for late-night work. ■Location, Work Style Policy: ・Location: Tokyo, Japan ・Hybrid Work - As a standard practice, a minimum of 2 days work from office attendance is mandatory, designated as team office days. Additionally, employees are encouraged to spend 3 or more days in the office. - The specific "team office days" may vary depending on the assigned team. - This policy may be subject to change based on the company's needs and work circumstances. ■Vacations: ・Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday) ・Japanese national holidays ・Paid holiday: 10 days (first year) \*Number of paid holidays increases (+1 day) every year ・up to 20 days a year. ・Summer vacation days: 3 days ・Winter vacations days: 2 days ■Benefit: ・Health insurance ・Employee stock ownership plan ・Full transportation coverage ・The latest computer (if considered necessary for work, limitless upgrade on specs and purchases of peripheral equipment are allowed.) ・Seminar participation support ・Book purchases ・Copyright of OSS belongs to individuals |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ■Qualifications・Experience in testing web applications or smartphone apps ・Ability to read source code and create test cases based on it ・3+ years of development experience or 3+ years of test automation experience using scripting languages ・Holder of ISTQB AL certification or equivalent knowledge ・Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science, or equivalent knowledge (e.g., passing the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination) ■Language Requirements: ・Japanese: Individuals who are able to communicate effectively in Japanese during interviews. ・English: Individuals with an English proficiency level of TOEIC 700 or above. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■Nice to have:・Experience with various testing tools ・Experience in UI or API test automation ・Experience in building/maintaining CI environments ・Ability to analyze logs and data to identify problems ・Basic understanding of web accessibility (rough understanding of achieving WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria) ・Experience in accessibility checks using screen readers ■People we are looking for: ・Identify with Money Forward's MVVC and can embody it ・Positive about challenges and enjoys problem-solving ・Ability to work across the organization independently ・Ability to communicate smoothly with other departments ・Ability to communicate with foreign engineers from various overseas locations |
