【Requirement】 • Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 7-10 years of experience in Process Planning • Should have strong knowledge of Aero-engine and aerospace components and manufacturing shop floor experience • Candidate to be given preference for having NX CAD software experience • Candidate must be good in manufacturing process inspection sheets, tooling & inspection gauges. • Should be able to do Engineering & manufacturing change incorporation on process routings. • Should be able to read and understand the aerospace components engineering and stage drawings. • Candidate should be familiar with first article inspection report (FAI), Process failure mode & effect analysis (PFMEA). Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP) • Candidate should have hands on experience in using GD&T for design and manufacturing. • Should have awareness of aerospace quality requirements. 【資格・スキル】 • 日本語ネイティブレベル、および日英バイリンガルの方。 • 機械工学の学士号を有し、プロセスプランニングにおいて7～10年以上の経験がある方。 • 航空エンジン、航空宇宙部品に関する豊富な知識と製造現場での経験がある方。 • NX CADソフトウェア経験者優遇。 • 製造工程の検査シート、工具、検査ゲージに精通している方。 • プロセスルーティングにエンジニアリングと製造変更の組み込みができる方。 • 航空宇宙コンポーネントのエンジニアリング図面やステージ図面を読み、理解できる方。 • 初品検査報告書（FAI）、プロセス故障モード、影響解析（PFMEA）、生産部品承認プロセス（PPAP）に精通している方。 • 設計および製造におけるGD&Tの使用経験がある方。 • 航空宇宙品質の要求事項を理解している方。 |
