【Business Content】 1. Responsible for the research, insight and analysis of the JPN market, assisting in formulating promotion strategies and providing basis for the company's decision-making; 2. Be responsible for content marketing strategy, brand content laying and reputation; 3. Responsible for JPN's social media operation strategy, brand voice, fans and transformation; 4. Cooperate with the company's brand and integrated marketing strategy, effectively integrate resources and promote; 5. Effectively monitor and continuously optimize marketing and operation strategies, and be responsible for long-term market growth; 6. Responsible for basic brand construction, brand VI, brand stories, categories and slogan laying of all user contacts |

【雇用形態】 ・正社員 ・試用期間：有（6ヶ月） ・試用期間の労働条件に変更はありません。 ・期間の定め無し 【各種手当】 ・通勤手当：月額３万円迄支給 ・時間外手当：残業時間に応じて別途支給 【昇給・賞与】 ・昇給：年1回 考課成績及び会社業績に応じて実施 ・賞与：年2回 6月と12月の年2回、会社業績に応じて支給 【勤務時間】 ・実働時間8時間（休憩60分) ・フレックスタイム制 ・残業：有り 月20〜30時間程度発生します。（月により変動します） 【勤務地】 ・東京都（ハイブリッド相談可） ・転勤：無し ・受動喫煙対策：敷地内禁煙 【休日・休暇】 ・年間休日125日 ・完全週休2日制（土日祝／繁忙期は土曜日など休日出勤の可能性あり） ・有給休暇・年末年始休暇・夏季休暇・慶弔休暇（結婚、忌引、配偶者出産）・産前産後休暇、育児休暇 ・特別休暇 【加入保険】 社会保険完備（健康保険、厚生年金、雇用保険、労災保険） |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 【Job requirements】1. At least 5 years of marketing planning experience (online & offline), project planning and management experience, sensitive to data; 2. At least 2 years of team management experience 3. Rich experience in social media operation; 4. Rich experience in content and reputation construction; 5. Excellent communication skills, multinational team work experience is preferred 6. Excellent insight and data analysis ability; 7. Strong initiative and recognition of corporate culture; 8. Broad vision and active thinking. 9. English or Chinese can be used as the working language |
