－ Partner with sales team and support onboarding program － Plan and execute sales training program for whole nation, implement training programs and training events related to Patient－Centered Solution skills, role－plays and skill development workshops － Collaborate on key training initiatives with cross matrix leaders including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical, Marketing and Sales － Facilitate to become “the bridge” between Marketing and Sales team as the channel expert to ensure right strategies and initiatives are implemented across key channels － Provide regular market, client and partner feedback to marketing and sales teams －Strengthen promotional activities and operations with commercial and distribution partners to ensure efficient alignment of all initiatives － Develop analytical tools in line with sales needs, to evaluate and execute strategic sales plans with sales leaders across whole nation － Ensure both risks and opportunities are regularly assessed － Ensure quality of the sales information/data and drive improvement of performance metrics reporting and strategy |

【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in creating and executing sales training plans－ Experience in commercial operations and driving sales force effectiveness － English is needed to work with headquarters － Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence senior executives to drive sales force effectiveness 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Salesforce experience |
