仕事内容 |
- Partner with sales team and support onboarding program - Plan and execute sales training program for whole nation, implement training programs and training events related to Patient-Centered Solution skills, role-plays and skill development workshops - Collaborate on key training initiatives with cross matrix leaders including Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, Medical, Marketing and Sales - Facilitate to become “the bridge” between Marketing and Sales team as the channel expert to ensure right strategies and initiatives are implemented across key channels - Provide regular market, client and partner feedback to marketing and sales teams -Strengthen promotional activities and operations with commercial and distribution partners to ensure efficient alignment of all initiatives - Develop analytical tools in line with sales needs, to evaluate and execute strategic sales plans with sales leaders across whole nation - Ensure both risks and opportunities are regularly assessed - Ensure quality of the sales information/data and drive improvement of performance metrics reporting and strategy |
