仕事内容	重要な社会インフラ構築への貢献と成長の機会現在、携帯電話事業を提供されている顧客向け、エンドツーエンド・ソリューションの分析、設計、構築を担当するソリューションアーキテクトを探しています。この役割では、顧客のニーズを理解し、より効率的かつ革新的なソリューションを提案することにより我々と顧客双方にとって収益性の高いビジネスをもたらす責任も担います。ポジション詳細 • 顧客のビジネス要件・技術要件を理解・分析 • 営業責任者・プロジェクト管理者・全体ソリューション責任者(コアチーム)と協業し、エンドツーエンド・ソリューションを提案 • コアチームと協業し、該当ソリューションを構築するにあたってのリスク分析・対処策の提案 • コアチームと協業し、インテグレーションのための作業を提案 • 提案書の作成、(技術分野に限らず)顧客向けプレゼンテーションを実施 • 該当ソリューションを構築するチームを統括、あるいはサポート • 社内R&Dチームへ、顧客及び構築チームからのフィードバックを共有 • 経験や知識の伝達、文書化、情報共有を実施 • ソリューションに関する情報共有を通して、顧客のコンピテンス構築をサポート *********** Contribution to the important social infrastructure and opportunities for your growth We are looking for a Solution Architect who will analyze, design, and integrate end-to-end solutions for customers currently serving the mobile phone business. In this role, you also take responsibility for bringing profitable business to our company by understanding customer needs and proposing detailed technical solutions. Through this role, you will engage in the following tasks • Understand and analyze customer business and technical requirements • Collaborate with sales managers, project managers, and overall solution managers (core teams) to propose end-to-end solutions • Collaborate with the core team to analyze risks and propose mitigation for building the relevant solution • Work with the core team to propose activity for integration • Develop proposals and give presentations to customers (not just in technical areas) • Supervise or support the team that integrates the solution • Share customer and/or integration team feedback to the internal R&D team • Communicate, document, and share knowledge/experiences among team members Share information about solutions to help develop customer competencies

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 • 学士号または同等の経験 • 少なくとも15年の実務経験と10年のSAとしての実務経験 • 電気通信または関連IT業界での経験 • 以下の技術エリアのうち少なくとも1つにおけるインテグレーション経験: ○ 加入者データ: ユーザー・データ管理関連システム: UDR, UDC, UDM, NSSF, HSS, HLR, SLF, FNR, 加入者データ管理システムなど ○ IMS: 主にVolTEサービス関連システム: TAS, CSCF, SBC, MRSなど • 携帯電話事業を提供されている顧客向けサービス提供経験 • 携帯電話事業を提供されている顧客向けインターフェース経験 • 市場優位性を創出する戦略を考案する能力 • ビジネスレベルの日本語(顧客と日本語を用いて折衝できるレベル) • 社内での連携が可能なレベルの英語(社内会議で要求の伝達が可能なレベル) ********* • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • At least 15 years of work experience and 10 years of work experience as an SA • Experience in telecommunications or related IT industries • Integration experience in at least one of the following technical areas: ○ Subscriber Data: User Data Management Related Systems: UDR, UDC, UDM, NSSF, HSS, HLR, SLF, FNR, Subscriber Data Management System, and so on ○ IMS: Mainly VolTE service-related systems: TAS, CSCF, SBC, MRS, and so on • Experience in providing services to customers in the mobile phone business • Interface experience for customers serving mobile phone businesses • The ability to devise strategies that create a competitive advantage in the market • Business-level Japanese (a level where you can negotiate with customers using Japanese) • Level of English that enables internal collaboration (at a level where requests can be communicated at internal meetings) 【歓迎（WANT）】 • 積極性 • 顧客対応経験、コミュニケーションスキル ********* • Proactive attitude • Customer-facing experience, Communication skill
