[Who We're Looking For]

Slalom is seeking a leader with a background in business and technology to join our Technology Advisory Services practice in Tokyo. This role is for an experienced and motivated leader who possesses a unique balance of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. Successful leaders work with our clients to strategize around their technology landscape and bring solutions to life.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

You’ll need to have:
• At least 10 years of demonstrated ability focused on engagement-based consulting, with experience working for a consulting firm or a professional services organization.
• Experience leading customized and transformational projects by utilizing your strong technical aptitude, from upstream phases like engagement and discovery to delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and co-develop complex offerings, go-to-market strategies, and solutions by collaborating with partners, peers, and clients.
• Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base through sold and/or managed revenue and organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up, advocating for your practice's offerings.
• Deep experience managing individual contributors and first-line people managers, including leading, developing, mentoring, and growing a team.
• Expert business operations experience (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margins, utilization), with an ability and experience to manage your team’s P/L.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Japanese and English.

We’d prefer you have:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience (Master’s or MBA degree would be a plus.)
• Thorough understanding of key modern technology and market trends.
• Experience across different industry verticals (in-depth expertise in one or more industries would be a plus.)
• Experience working across geographies with a diverse team of leaders and team members.
