PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : The Senior Internal Control Manager is accountable for driving CNAO Region internal control roadmap for standardization, automation, and simplification, controlling deployment and risk evaluation as domain expertise for key business processes, and being strong business partner for risk remediation, control advice and continuous improvement. |

【必須（MUST）】 CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background*12yrs+ of internal control or audit experience. Experience in FMCG industry and regional team is a plus. *Strong business partnering skills working with various people across different functions, CBUs and geographics. Ability to effectively present to management in a clear and concise manner with strong English language skills. *Be skilled for cross functions project management and change management with transformational and continuous improvement mindset. *Demonstrate critical thinking, open minded and forward looking for challenges and initiatives to be out of comfortable zone. |
