仕事内容 FirstQA Systems Limited is hiring two ServiceNow Solution Technical Architect for its ServiceNow Center of Excellence in Yokohama (Japan). This role involves support new prospects, existing customers and ServiceNow delivery teams at onsite and offshore for Japan, India, United States, UK and other international locations based on projects demand. Some amount of international travel is expected due to nature of the role. We deliver a range of solutions and IT services ranging from Project Management, Blockchain solutions and Digital Transformation by leveraging ServiceNow, MuleSoft and Salesforce cloud platforms. For company details, please visit www.firstqa.com We are looking for a Solution Technical Architect with at least 5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience. Solution Technical Architect is a key member of our ServiceNow implementation projects and will be responsible for the overall design & architecture of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems and technical requirements. The Solution Technical Architect works as a team member along with the Project Manager and development team. Will also lead smaller teams for project implementations.

What we are looking?
• Team player and work across prospects, customers and team members as a SME. Ability to manage and lead teams at onsite and offshore. As we follow agile project execution, leading a team of two to four members between onsite and offshore is common
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and experience in implementation, customization, maintenance and development of various ITSM/ITOM/ITBM modules
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the ServiceNow Senior Developers. Lead functional and process workshops with Customer
• Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements. Prepare technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
• Provide business development support by assisting in RFP/ RFI response, drafting presentations collateral creation and formulating recommendations
• Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
• Extensive hands-on past experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, the script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
• Past Experience in Service Portal and development of custom business applications using Angular JS, HTML/CSS and Bootstrap
• Experience on Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, trusted sources for SSO, Mid-server or web services
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP implementations
• Past hands on experience of loads, manipulates and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems • Experience in version upgrades and migrated data

Qualifications
• Minimum of 12 years of design and development experience
• Minimum of last 5 years in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow
• Minimum of last 3 years in ServiceNow platform as a Solution / Technical Architect
• Bachelor / Master degree in Technology/Engineering or MCA • Experience in Angular JS, HTML/CSS and Java
• ServiceNow System Administrator and Developer Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• Preference for ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification, TOGAF and IT4IT certification
