its ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE) in Yokohama, Japan. ServiceNow
is one of the oldest ServiceNow PREMIER Partner in Asia.

We are looking for Technical Leaders with at least 5 years of ServiceNow
experience with knowledge of Service Portal. Should be involved in system
administration, design, development and implementation. Experience in
some of the modules of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM/SAM, SecOps and
IRM and related topics and modules is required. Knowledge of Service
Portal is mandatory as we do custom development of applications using the
ServiceNow platform.

【必須（MUST）】

What we are looking?
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform and experience in implementation, customization, maintenance and development of various ITSM/ITOM/ITBM modules etc..
• Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, the script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
• Experience in Service Portal and development of custom business applications using Angular JS, HTML/CSS and Bootstrap. Will be involved in workflow development using Flow Designer
• Experience on Integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, trusted sources for SSO, Mid-server or web services
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP implementations
• Loads, manipulates and maintains data between ServiceNow and other systems
• Experience in version upgrades and migrated data
• Flexible to work in different ServiceNow solutions and modules
• Experience analysing the issues, estimating the efforts and proposing solutions or prototyping to customers • Maintain production system reliability through utilization of Change Management process. Expertise in unit and integration test automation by using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Advise working teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
• Should be familiar with SCRUM with code movement between development, UAT and production instances • Had led a team of three to five developers

Qualifications
• Minimum of total of 12 years’ experience with last 5 years in ServiceNow platform
• Bachelor / Master degree in Technology/Engineering from reputed university in India or abroad
• Experience in Angular JS, HTML/CSS and Java
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
