Mission: Supply Chain Manager to ensure the new Regional Supply Chain organization is meeting the Supply Chain requirements of the Divisions & CC's (Customer Center). Managing the Supply Chain Operations Center and team members. Responsible for staffing, following-up, report and improve Supply Chain performance related to the SCOC operational performance. Be a positive leader committed to transforming Supply Chain into a competitive advantage for Epiroc and our valued customers. Principal Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and development of the centralized Supply Chain Operations Center (SCOC) structure for identified CC’s (Customer Center). - Manage the Supply Chain Operations Center (SCOC) with employees located in identified CC's. - Support identified CC's by following logistics principles, policies, and processes of the new Supply Chain organization. - Demonstrates by performance of the Top KPIs: Availability, Transportation cost, Obsolescence, and Inventory COGS % - Support Regional Import/Export Manager to ensure daily import/export operations in the SCOC region is performed in compliance with applicable trade laws and regulations. - Raise compliance risks and concerns to Regional Import/Export Manager, enabling corrective measures to be implemented. - Close collaboration together with regional peers’ functions to secure monitoring and improvement activities where needed. - Establish communication forums to connect to CC stakeholders. - Communicate clearly, concisely, and expeditiously both internally and externally in order to keep your team well informed and up to date in all areas of concern. - Be an active contributor in evaluating and executing the new Supply Chain strategy. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 *Japanese and English language proficiencies are a MUST.- Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Experience. - Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics an asset. - Good understanding of the ERP system landscape. - Skillful MS Office user (mainly Excel, PowerPoint & Word). - Ability to give feedback and counsel employees as needed. - Thorough understanding of supply chain processes. - Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes. - Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance - Additional Languages are preferred. Personal Characteristics: - Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of Epiroc. - Business oriented and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. - Openness to change and reactiveness. - Well organized and focused on continuous improvement – there is always a better way! - Strong Supply Chain orientation. - Presentation skills are a must. - Capability to support and teach at all levels. - Excellent planning and execution capabilities - Passion and commitment towards the best interest of the company - Ability to work in and manage a team. - Must be able to work and communicate well with all functions. - Must be able to drive actions and results within your own and other functions. - Ability to look for weaknesses in the total supply chain, propose solutions and implement chosen solutions monitoring the outcome. |
