KEY ACTIVITIES Participates in the Brands' overall media strategy, defines and executes the owned and earned media strategy ・Actively participates in the Brands owned and earned media strategy development, annual planning and monthly review process, as well as in the definition of their optimal A&P mix ・Based on the 360 Consumer Marketing Plan, defines the owned and earned media plan: where to play. calendar, assets... in accordance with brand digital strategy and media ・Creates, reviews and localizes assets for social / digital platforms and delivers assets for media Prepares and shares with e-tailers media kit to push organically content on their social pages ・Orchestrates the execution of virtual selling activities across different touch points ・Negotiates and briefs PR agency / influencer (selected by Consumer Marketing): puts detailed information on campaigns to the brief's template, set KPIs, benchmarks, negotiates and tracks budget ・Leads campaigns and content production, defines and leads media partnerships and events Runs Community Management & Social Media Listening activities: ・Acts as the social media listener for the brand, sharing regular consumer feedback summaries with Brand ・Regularly shares qualitative consumer feedback summaries with Brand Manages influencers for the Brand Grouping ・Builds long -term productive relationship with influencers, PR and earned media agencies ・Tracks KPI's monitoring of the work done by influencers for each brand ・Create and host PR happenings, 1to1, events ・Builds consolidated view of Earned media budget and calendar ・Deploys and tracks KPI's monitoring of the work done by influencers (including results on virtual selling activities, sales tracking, page impressions, etc.) ・Builds and enhances ongoing relationships with key Influencers: top bloggers, journalists ・Keeps them informed of new product developments (press releases, sampling, presentations) Shares Owned and Earned Media expertise and contribute to capability building within the affiliate ・Manages owned platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,...) ・Defines editorial calendar, posts social media content and runs social media campaigns ・Works closely with brand.com to integrate owned media activations where relevant ・Tracks and reports KPI's to brand teams on an on-going basis |

勤務時間:7時間30分 (休憩時間別途:60分) フレックス有、コアタイム 10:30~16:00 リモートワーク(試用期間後使用可能)は1ヶ月に4回、1日/半日単位とし、連続取得は2回まで ※部署により異なる ※営業職はみなし労働制 雇用形態:正社員 給与詳細:応相談 業績賞与:年1回 昇給:年1回 ※業績、評価結果に準ずる |

【必須(MUST)】 KEY COMPTENCIES・Min 3 years of social media and influence/ digital PR media experience ・Knowledge and experience working with social media platforms and tools (FB, IG, YT, ...) and Expertise with social listening tools and community management tools (social bakers, Sprinklr, etc.) ・Social media and Copywriting expertise ・Knowledge on how to manage influencers, PR communities ・SEO and data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits ・Strong communication skills ・Multitasking and analytics skills is a must ・Be well organized, project management skills is key ・Be creatively and commercially driven ・Brand knowledge |
