When mounted on the fingertip of a robot hand, etc., the tactile sense (distribution of force, slip, etc.) can be perceived, enabling robots to be controlled as if a person were handling an object using a "palm" sensation. The feature of this sensor is its high functionality (multi-modality, high-resolution), yet it is highly practical and economical. Although it is called a "tactile" sensor, it is a completely new concept of "opto-tactile" sensor that also has a modality for viewing the object to be grasped (vision), and has unlimited application possibilities in addition to process automation in combination with robots. 【技術概要】 「画像（カメラ）をベースに触覚を再現する」というコンセプトをコア技術としています。ロボットハンド等の指先に搭載することで、触覚（力や滑りの分布等）を知覚できるようになり、あたかも人が「手のひら」の感覚を使って物体を扱うような制御をロボットで実現できます。高機能（マルチモダリティ・高分解能）でありながら、経済性に優れる実用性の高さが特徴です。「触覚」センサとは言いつつも、把持対象物を見る（視覚）モダリティも備えた、まったく新しいコンセプトの「視触覚センサ」であり、ロボットと組み合わせたプロセス自動化だけでなく、無限の応用可能性を持ちます。 |
| 労働条件 |
【英語 Ver.】 ■Work Hours: Flextime system (at least 160 hours a month, with core hours) Break: 60 minutes ■Days Off: Two days off per week: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, including year-end and New Year holidays. Paid leave: 10 days after six months of employment. ■Remote Work: Partial remote work is allowed. While any work style can be adopted if it delivers results against the required roles or KPIs, presence in the office is generally expected. However, roles with responsibilities that require handling physical robots need to be discussed. ■Work Locations: Development site: Koto Ward, Tokyo (near Toyosu Station) R&D site: Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto ■Salary: 8,000,000 to 16,000,000 JPY per year, including deemed overtime of 40 hours per month. ■Benefits: ・Transportation expenses paid in accordance with company policy. ・Health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. ・Stock options available (currently preparing stock options; significant capital gains expected upon exit). ■Probation Period: Four months. 【日本語 Ver.】 ■就業時間：フレックスタイム制（所定労働時間8時間、月160時間以上勤務、コアタイム有） 【休憩】60分 ・完全週休2日制 土曜 日曜 祝日 その他（年末年始休暇有） ・有給休暇：入社半年経過時点10日 ■リモート勤務：一部リモート可 求められる役割やKPIに対して成果が出せるのであれば、どのような働き方でも可能ですが、 極力出社をお願いしております。 ただし、ロボット（モノ）を触らないと進まない業務責任の有る方に関しては、要相談。 ■勤務地 開発拠点：東京都江東区（東陽町駅徒歩圏内） R&D拠点：京都府京都市下京区 ■年収：800万円 〜 1600万円 ※みなし残業40時間/月を含む ・交通費：会社規定に基づき支給 ・健康保険・厚生年金・雇用保険・労災保険 ・ストックオプション有（現在ストックオプションを準備中。Exit時に大きなキャピタルゲインを期待。） ■試用期間：４ヶ月 |
