The mission of the Division is to create the global business growth strategy and drive the implementation in orchestration with local countries. Skills you can grow: Product development, International project lead, Marketing strategy building, Team Structure 組織構造 Report line: Marketing manager in charge of the category business unit (icons makeup, icons skincare, color) Key Relationship カウンターパート Internal (within Division): Marketing Manager, Director / Division GM / Customer Experience / Communications / Atelier Team / E-commerce & CRM, etc. Internal (out of Division): Key countries such as Japan, China, Korea / Asia Zone team / France HQ / R&I External: Advertising vendor / Production agency Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務 To develop innovative products, renovate pillars-product for the international brand panier to ensure continued worldwide growth for the brand Collect, compare and synthesize international market data relevant to their category (consumer, markets, competition, country, digital…), generate insights and suggest actions based on findings Develop new, different, better concepts consistent with the brand's sense of purpose Orchestrate the product development process including monitoring the departments involved Write marketing mix recommendations (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) for product launches or renovations Assist in the development of creative material in line with the brand's integrated-communication platform Write country implementation kits providing advice and recommendations on the marketing mix Exchange constantly with the zones and strategic countries for their category, provide them with support Effectively prepare clear messages and convincing speech to present to senior management. 【必須(MUST)】 Must Have Aspects 必須項目Product sensitivity with passion for beauty products and details Logical and analytical thinker with business mind Proactiveness, agility and flexibility Clear and persuasive communication skill English at advanced - fluent level Preferred Qualification 希望項目 .Cosmetics or fashion, marketing-related background .Marketing experience more than 3 years, ideally product development .If not, someone who has a very strong sense or interest of brand, products, textures or fragrance, creation, and art so on .Strong interest in cosmetic beauty business |
