〈コンサルタントの声〉 － 環境に優しく効率的な技術を提供しているポジティブなビジネスモデルを持つ企業です！ － 様々な業界や企業にサービスを提供しており、強力な販売チャネルを保有しています。 － 日本でのビジネスの歴史は長く、現在も成長し続けているため長期的に安定した環境で就業していただけます！ － 購買チームには約10名のスタッフが在籍しており、ジョブローテーションの機会もあり、さらなるキャリアアップが可能です。 〈仕事内容詳細〉 －Act as indirect procurement role for Japan and assigned region, conduct stakeholder management with internal compliance and support business in a timely manner －Engage with external stakeholders and business partners to influence the network －Implement team’s decisions －Develop category strategy for responsible categories and manage relationship with suppliers properly －Act as the single window and contact point for Japan （and regional offices if allocated） to optimize the supply base －Have a daily operation in compliance with Japan and regional offices －Negotiate long－term and spot－time contracts with suppliers, manage the contract lifecycle, and update before the contract expires －Scout new suppliers to support overall business growth and manage overall supplier performance －Drive year－over－year improvement in the field through supplier negotiation, and supplier DPO management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －Bachelor’s degree （Supply Chain Management or related Business Degree is a plus！）－5＋ years of procurement or sourcing experience in indirect areas （foreign－affiliated companies is a plus！） －Strong negotiation skills and market investigation: to have the best understanding when purchasing strategy and implementation －Strong knowledge of cost－reduction methods/tools and interpersonal skills to enable and manage strategic relationships －Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment －Experience in working in multi－cultural teams is a plus！ －Experience in an innovative but cost－driven environment －Honest and Integrity －Willing to travel |
