【ポジション概要】 経理マネージャーは、経理における数値を正しく本部に報告し、また同時に、総務業務も担当していただきます。 特に、経理・財務計画全般について、ゼネラルマネージャーの相談役としての役割を果たす必要があります。 【Responsibilities and Key Tasks】 Account manager is required to report all of accounting figures properly to HQ and take care of some of general affairs. Especially good consulting skill to that General Manager about all accounting and financial plans is necessary. 【業務内容】 ●予算・報告 ・年間PL/BS予算を策定する。 ・本部に毎月「フラッシュレポート」を、四半期ごとに「フォーキャスト」を提出する。 ・売上、注文、在庫を数字と金額の両方で管理する。 ・本部からの要請に応じ、随時報告書を提出する。 •Budget and Report ・Build up annual PL/BS budget ・Submit “Flash Report” every month and Forecast every quarter to HQ ・Control sales/orders/inventory in both numeral and amount. ・Submit one time reports, from time to time, for requests from HQ ●経理・総務 ・会社の経理業務全般を行う。 ・K2Jスタッフのサポートを受けながら、会社の総務業務の一部を管理する。 •Accounting and General Affairs ・Ordinary company’s accounting works ・Control some general affairs of company with supports of K2J staff ●ゼネラルマネージャーのサポート ・売上やPL/BSの見通しについて、本部長に適切なアドバイスを行う。 •Support General Manager ・Give proper advices to the General Manager about sales and PL/BS forecast |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・米国会計基準（U.S.GAAP）に準拠した財務報告、財務諸表のレビューおよび分析の実施が可能な方。・5年以上の経理経験および外資系企業への財務報告書作成経験をお持ちの方。 ・企業の総務業務に精通している方。 ・流暢な日本語力、口頭および書面での英語によるコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。 ・戦略的思考力と高い分析能力をお持ちの方。 ・課題を発見し解決する能力をお持ちの方。 ・エネルギッシュかつフレンドリーで、チームプレーが得意な方。 ・納期までにすべてのレポートを完成させる強い責任感をお持ちの方。 •BA or BS from a leading university required •Performing the financial reporting, review and analysis of financial statements in compliance with the U.S.GAAP •Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting and packaged financial report to foreign companies •Good knowledge about company’s general affairs •Native fluency in Japanese with strong communication skills in English language both verbal and in writing •Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability •Finding issues and solving ability. •Energetic, friendly, and good team player •Strong sense of responsibility to complete all reports by closing dates |
