ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides guidance and technic for management of end user computing, mobile, and peripheral devices efficiently ●Provide PC kitting with most efficient automation process ●AD account/security management for satisfy the security and various standards/policies ●iOS Device management with MDM tool (Jamf) ●Label/Office/Store/Warehouse Printer management ●Maintain ERP software for stores and backoffice ●AV/Teams room management ●Act as L2/L3 level engineer for End User Computing related IT Ticket under JIRA/ServiceNOW ●Maintain security patch and EPP software ●Trains Help Desk technicians in operation and issue resolution ●Visit domestic stores for troubleshooting/renovation/event ●Communicate with Paris IT team for the project and troubleshooting (English) |

【必須（MUST）】 •Minimum of 5 years’ experience in PC/Mobile/ERP software administration in luxury retail industry【歓迎（WANT）】 •MDM Management•PowerShell •AD/AAD •iOS / Phone •ITSM •Computational Thinking •5-10% Domestic travel |
