【Job Summary】 This role entails leading information security and cybersecurity initiatives in the Japan Region, implementing security governance , including policies, standards, and procedures. The position will collaborate with various counterparts such as local IT, Internal Control, Legal, HR, Finance, and Global Security teams in the headquarters and other regions/entities, under the direction of the Regional Information Security officer. 【Responsibilities】 -Take charge of information security and cybersecurity projects. -Manage information security and cybersecurity operations. -Develop and maintain security materials, programs, and frameworks. -Conduct security risk assessments and create improvement plans. -Provide security consultancy and advisory services. -Design and implement secure systems and configurations. -Develop and deliver security training exercises to internal staff at all levels. -Localize and maintain group security materials, programs, and frameworks. -Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including local IT, Internal Control, Legal,HR,Finance, and Global Security teams in the headquarters and other regions/entities. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 【Qualifications】- 7+ years of hands-on experience in the following cybersecurity and/or information security fields: -- Security governance development and implementation -- Security risk assessment -- Compliance or regulatory role in technology. -- Security system design and integration -- CSIRT/SOC operation and security device management -- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, and GIAC are desirable. - Knowledge of IT networks, operating systems, and cloud technologies. - Experience in Cybersecurity framework and Risk management framework - Willingness to learn new technologies and information security practices. - Business-level or above written and oral communication skills in Japanese. - Business-level or above written and oral communication skills in English. - Bachelor's degree in a related field or technology field. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ◆Experience level◆Associate or Mid-senior Level |
