仕事内容	＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞日産自動車の販売の質と量を向上していくための中長期的なグローバル販売戦略を考案し、実行・サポートしていく業務です。会社全体の販売についてを理解することができ、タイムリーに販売状況を把握することができるのも醍醐味です。一つの特定の業務をお任せするというよりは、複数の業務を並行的に行っていただきます。 ■日産自動車の販売に関する会議・イベントの企画・運営・中長期販売戦略に関する会議・イベントを企画・運営・海外配給会社の販売担当を招集し、販売計画・戦略・好事例紹介・意見交換の場を設定 ■グローバルフィールドフォースコンテストやエンゲージメントプログラムの実行フィールドフォース(配給会社所属のディーラー担当者)のエンゲージメント向上のためのコンテスト・表彰イベントの企画・実行や、能力開発プログラム・事例の提供 ※以上２点、代理店との折衝なども発生するため、事前の準備段階から自主的にリードできる方を求めます。 ■PMOとして、販売オペレーション品質向上活動を通じたグローバル戦略実行支援 ■会社の中長期戦略や自動車業界トレンドに沿ったグローバル販売戦略の策定 ■社内関係部署との連携活動リード（カスタマーエクスペリエンス、アフターセールス、ディーラーデベロップメント等）上記、課長代理職として、チームの目標達成と、スタッフの育成を行って頂きます。 The role of Global Strategy Development team is to provide Global Sales Strategy, Standards, Best Practices etc. to Regions & Markets for enhancement of Sales Operations and Quality. The team is in position to support both global and region colleagues as well as be a good driver to lead and bring them to right direction together. You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Support Global message delivery through coordination of Global sales leaders’ meeting etc. - Enhance Field Force engagement and quality through Global FF contest, and engagement program *Above-mentioned tasks require communication and negotiation with external agencies, therefore proactive planning and preparation are requeseted for the job role. - Support Global strategy execution through Sales operation quality enhancement activity as PMO - Develop Global sales strategy along with company direction and Automotive trend monitoring On the above, play the role to achive objectives as Assistant Manager and support growth of staffs in the team. ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞・世界の自動車業界のダイナミズム、市場動向を理解し、業界における日産の競争性を理解することができる・販売戦略や担当プロジェクトを通じて、将来日産でキャリアを積むにあたっての自動車ビジネスの基礎知識を身につけることができる。・多様な国籍・バックグラウンドのメンバーと働き、透明性が高く自由に意見を言える環境下で、様々な知識や考え方を学ぶ機会が多い。・日産のグローバル販売状況をタイムリーに把握できる。・ Understand global automotive industry dynamism, market trend, and understand how Nissan is competing in the industry. ・ Acquire automotive business knowledges via sales strategy and projects to be responsible for, which will be fundamentals for your next step in Nissan. ・ Gives you lots of opportunities to learn various knowledges and thoughts from very diversified nationalities, transparent and freely expressing opinions in the organization. You can grasp Nissan Global sales status in a timely manner.
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 ■MUST ・マーケティング・販売に関する海外との会議やイベントの企画～実行・運営経験 (例: 新車発表イベント、ブランド浸透のためのイベント、ディーラーとの会議、など) ・戦略的思考と実行力、マルチタスク能力・ビジネスレベルの日本語力、英語力（メール、読み書きは必須、会話に不自由しない程度のコミュニケーション力）・Experience in planning and execution of the event with overseas guests related to marketing and sales (e.g. new car launch event, brand related event, conference with dealers, etc. ・Strategic thinking as well as operation execution capability ・Business-level Japanese and English skills (email, reading and writing are essential, and you must be able to communicate even if you are not fluent in conversation) 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■WANT ・自動車業界に関する基本知識、グローバル自動車販売に対する興味・プロジェクトマネージメント経験・Basic knowledges of automotive industry, and interested in global sales. ・Experience in Project Management ＜求める人物像/Please describe successful candidate image (Personality)＞・自主的に担当職務・を企画遂行する気概・心構えと、自身のビジネス知識や能力を向上する意思や想いがある・多様な国籍の人たちがいるチームの一員として働き、多様性を受け入れ楽しむことができる・ Proactive mindset, and willingness to learn the business and expand his/her self capability ・ The person who can work together in the group where multi-nationalities are working, and who can enjoy multi-culture
