Merchandiser at this company to support Women’s RTW; this position is responsible for planning and executing all merchandising functions, including managing sales, seasonal purchases, inventory, product delivery, and training to achieve sales and profit targets based on the seasonal business plan. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ・Their PAP （Ready－to－wear） buying. ・Handle analysis of our categories transversally to support Merchandising Director in confirming the merchandising strategies. ・Interact with each category head to determine the most appropriate assortments, and propose them to Merchandising Director ・Partnership with Retail to determine the opportunity of each store and define and propose the best product mix per store. etc. |

09:30 － 18:00（コアタイム 11:00 － 16:00） 健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金 通勤手当（6ヶ月定期代 規定により年2回支給／上限50,000円） 退職金（3年以上在籍に限る）、社員割引制度（試用期間終了後）、制服貸与、確定給付企業年金（DB） 年間120日程度／（内訳）土日・祝日・夏季休暇5日（5月～9月）、年末年始（12月30日～1月4日） |
