Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, customer-focused, and highly analytical, capable of working directly with C-level executives. They will excel in areas such as business analysis, strategy, planning, optimization, requirements gathering/analysis, data analysis, project management, program management, operations support, KPI tracking, event organization, stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and public speaking. |

【必須（MUST）】 Responsibilities:Business Analysis: - Conduct Requirements Workshops and gather information from stakeholders. - Analyze requirements to ensure clarity and completeness. - Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks. - Prepare a business case to document requirements and propose solutions. - Promote and facilitate stakeholder engagement and cooperation. - Manage large amounts of data and maintain/create reports. Operations Support: - Organize and facilitate a wide range of executive meetings and events. - Document event management processes. - Analyze and implement process improvements. - Support horizontal strategic operations. - Track and report KPIs. Investigations: - Interface with stakeholders from other departments and investigate pain points and opportunities. - Collect information from multiple sources and consolidate it into a single report. - Lead change management initiatives. - Interact with members from diverse backgrounds and cultures. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Required Skills:Proficiency in database management (SQL, Domo, or similar tools). Familiarity with OKR (Objective and Key Results) management. Knowledge of optimization frameworks (e.g., QCC, Six Sigma). Bilingual proficiency in both English and Japanese. |
