Global Business Solutionsとは Businessをはじめとしたマーケティングソリューションを、新しい興味や関心事を探しているオーディエンスと、企業/ブランドを自然に結びつけることで、認知拡大から顧客獲得まで、様々なファネルにおけるビジネス課題を解決に導いています。 その中にあるGlobal Business Marketingチームでは、 Businessをはじめとした広告プロダクトが、クライアントのマーケティング課題を解決するソリューションになるための売り上げに貢献するブランド作りに日々取り組んでいます。本ポジションは、こちらのチームの一員となりご活躍いただきます。 Global Business Solutions (GBS) is where we provide solutions to businesses through our advertisement products such as for Business. By connecting businesses to our platform's audiences who are looking for the next interest, we provide full-funnel solutions. Within GBS, there is Global Business Marketing team, where we strive to create the brand - Business - that leads our clients to achieve their marketing goals and drive revenue growth. This role will play an active part in this team. Global Business Marketingチームは、事実やInsightを調べマーケットを刺激し、教育することにフォーカスしています。また、自社メディアや大規模セミナーなど、継続的なコミュニケーションのためのチャネルを直接構築/管理しています。私たちの目標は、営業/ビジネスチームの仕事をより簡単にし、長期的な視野を確立することです。私たちはビジネスにインパクトを与え、クリエイティブのリーダーシップを発揮し、マーケットで最高水準の教育プログラムを推進することを目指しています。 私たちは、広告ビジネスだけでなく、どのようにマーケットに決定を促すか、ビジネスの成長がどこでどのように起こるかを情熱を持っている候補者を探しています。候補者は課題が何かを特定し、創造的かつ健全な解決策を見つけていただきます。 Global Business Marketing team focuses on inspiring and educating the market by looking into facts and insights, and also by directly building/managing channels for ongoing communication, such as owned media and/or scaled seminars. The goal is to make the job easier for our sales/business team, and also establish a long-term view that should be pursued. We aim to create business impact, provide creative leadership, drive best-in-class educational programs in market. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about not only ad business, but how the market makes decisions on marketing and where/how growth happens. The candidate will identify challenges and find creative, yet fundamentally sound ways to resolve them. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1. 日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル2. テクノロジープラットフォームのB2Bマーケティング/ビジネス/広告代理店での経験 3. 効果的なコミュニケーションスキル-収益性の高いストーリーを提示し、海外の人々を含む外部のステークホルダーからサポートを得ることができる 4. 高い知的好奇心を持ったプロアクティブな問題解決者 5. "Always Day1"な環境を作れる強固なチームマネジメントのご経験 1. Native Fluency of Japanese, Business Level of English 2. Experience in B2B marketing/business/advertising agency for technology platforms 3. Effective communication skills - Able to present and tell a lucrative story, and also able to acquire support from external stakeholders, including people from overseas 4. Proactive problem solver with high level of intellectual curiosity 5.
