| 仕事内容 |
＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ ・Develop audit objectives and creation of audit programs. ・Prepare the audit notification to the audited areas, on the general aspects of the audit. ・Prepare the audit kick-off. ・Schedule the process understanding interviews with each process owner to be audited. ・Carry out and document the walkthroughs with the process owners. ・Develop the risk and control matrix to identify the tests applicable to the process to be audited. ・Perform audit testing and develops methods to analyze controls, data, and business processes. ・Follow-up on the information request to the process owners. ・Inform the audited personnel of the control deficiencies identified in the processes and obtain action plans. ・Develops recommendations to improve controls. ・Prepare the draft of the audit report, which includes the results of the audits carried out on the processes. ・Presents audit findings to Internal Audit management to discuss conclusions and recommendations. ・Follow up on the remediation plans proposed by the process owners. ・Analyze if the evidence and/or information sent by the process owners support the status of the remediation plan. ＜アピールポイント（職務の魅力）/Selling point of this position＞ ・Direct involvement or contribution to Nissan's important strategic decisions ・External and internal network for fast track career opportunities |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1.- Knowledge（必須知識）: Strong knowledge on Audit process, risk and control identification./内部監査業務のプロセスおよびリスクコントロール業務に対する一定の知識があること。2- Experience（必須経験）: At least three years in Internal or External Audit or Internal Control or Compliance, preferable experience in sales finance companies (credit process, financial statements, International accounting standards, etc)./監査法人・内部統制・コンプライアンス等での業務経験が3年以上あること。（信用取引等、販売金融会社での職務経験があれば尚望ましい） 3.- Academic（学歴）: Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economy or related./会計・財務・経営・経済系に関連した学位以上 4.- Skills（求めるスキル）: Accounting, Internal or External Audit, Internal Control process and Risk identification. Preferable on regulations applicable to Sales finance entities. Data base analysis (ACL-IDEA), Power BI, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management software to produce reports and conduct analysis/会計・内部または外部監査・内部統制・リスクマネジメントに関するスキルがあること。（販売金融会社での経験である尚望ましい）。その他、データ分析に関するスキル（ACL-IDEA・ Power BI等）がある方も歓迎いたします。 5.- Certifications（求める資格）: desirable Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar by The IIA. Newly hired employees without certifications are expected to earn a relevant certification within 18 months from their hire date./CIA（公認内部監査人）やIIA（内部監査人協会）の資格があることが望ましい。 6.- Language（言語スキル）: More than 850 (TOEIC)/TOEIC850点以上 ＋ Japanese:Business Level/日本語はビジネスレベル 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・People Management Skill・Team work：チームとして働くことのできるスキル・Business Acumen/ビジネス感覚スキル ・Problem Solving/問題解決力 ・Influence people/問題解決のため、他者へ働きかけ、実行までつなげることのできるスキル ・Continuous improvement/自己研鑽力 ・Strong database analysis/高い分析力 ・Negotiation/交渉力 ・Language Skill(Thai)：タイ語（日常会話レベル） 【求める人物像】 Is the person in charge of carrying out the operational audits within the different areas of Sales Finance Entities. Is responsible for execute the internal audits in accordance with the annual Audit plan, taking into consideration the Internal Auditing Standards; as well as other applicable regulation.
