【担当業務】 税理士クライアント業務に関連するプロセス改善やプロジェクト効率化に関与し、次のような業務をお任せいたします（基本的にはクライアント常駐型ではなく社内作業を前提としています）。 ● 税理士メンバーとコミュニケーションを取りプロジェクト効率化および各種DX施策への参画 ● AIなどの新しいテクノロジーを活用したDXプロジェクトの企画・推進 ● 業務プロセスのヒアリング、ツールの要件定義及び設計における開発補佐 ● エクセルVBA、Alteryxなどを活用したデータ効率化ツールの作成及び維持管理 ● 複雑なデータ加工を必要とするクライアント業務のサポート ● 各種社内システム・ビジネスアプリケーションのマスタ設定、アップデートを含む維持管理 【業務紹介】 Tax Technology and Transformationグループは、クライアントサービスのテクノロジーによる変革をミッションとして、業務改善、効率化を推し進めています。 プロジェクトのチームメンバーとして、クライアントサービス上のニーズを汲み取りつつ、各種ツールを活用した業務効率化推進のためのツール設計・開発等を担当していただきます。 また、プロジェクトマネジメント補佐（リーダーレベル）を担当することで、マネジメント・コンサルティングスキルを身に着け、キャリアを構築していくことも可能です。 税務の知識がなくても問題はありませんが、税務や会計のエリアに興味がある方、複数プロジェクトを並行して、スピード感をもって対応できる方を歓迎いたします。 Global Firmと協働する機会もあるため、英語スキルを活かすことも可能です。 ※Tax Technology and Transformationグループは部門として独立しており、いわゆるインフラ環境を支える情報技術部門（ITや情シス等）とは別の組織となります。 [General work scope] You will be engaged in the following work that should be required to undertake tax practioners' client projects for helping them perform more efficient on data and process （the work should not be anticipated to be performed at the client's premises in general）: ● To communicate with tax accountants and participate in projects to improve efficiency. ● Planning and promoting DX projects with new AI technologies. ● To assist in hearing of business processes, assessing tool requirement and designing for development. ● To develop and maintain tools and applications on Excel VBA, Alteryx, etc, to deal with complicated data process. ● To perform more complex data cleansing, data mapping or other data gathering process for the subsequent business use. ● To administer, update and maintain developed internal system and business applications 【Business introduction】 Unlike the information technology department, which supports the infrastructure environment, our mission is to transform client services with technology, and we are working to improve business efficiency and efficiency with technology. As a project team member, you will be in charge of design and development utilizing various tools for busuness process improvement. Not only as a development member, but also as a project management assistant （leader level）, you can acquire management consulting skills and build a career. There is no problem if you do not have knowledge of tax, but anyone who is interested in the tax and accounting area and who can respond quickly with multiple projects in parallel is welcome. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ● システムまたはツール導入における、企画構想、要件定義からカットオーバーまでのいずれかの経験がある方● ツール開発経験（維持管理業務除く）が2年以上ある方 ● 現場部門へのニーズの聞き取りやツール説明のためのコミュニケーションができ、クライアントやチームメンバーと会話のキャッチボールができる方 ● Anyone who has experience from planning concept, requirement definition to cutover in system or tool introduction ● At least 2 years of experience in tool development （excluding maintenance work） ● Good communication skills to listen to needs and explain tools to field departments, and can catch up conversations with clients and team members 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● 日商簿記2級程度の会計知識のある方また、以下のいずれかの経験がある方を歓迎いたします。 ● プログラミング経験（言語問わず）がある方 ● ユーザーからビジネス要件をヒアリングしてツールを作成した経験のある方 ● プロジェクトマネージャー、リーダーと協働して、積極的に開発業務に取り組める方 ● 新しいソフトウェアや専門的知識に興味があり、積極的に調査・検証に携われる方 ● 業務プロセス改善・システム開発を軸としてキャリアを構築していきたい情熱をお持ちの方 ● アウトプットに責任を持って取り組める粘り強さのある方 ● 法人税務業務の実務経験がある方 ● Those who have accounting knowledge of Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 Anyone who has any of the following experiences is welcome. ● Programming experience （regardless of language） ● Experience in hearing the business needs from the users and develop tools to address the needs. ● Those who can actively work on development work in cooperation with project managers and leaders ● Those who are interested in new software and expertise and are actively involved in research and verification ● Passionate to build a career centered on business process improvement and system development ● Those who have the tenacity to take responsibility for the output ● Those who have the experience of tax practice 【語学スキル】 必須：日本語 歓迎：英語 （英語での読み書きに抵抗がなく、できれば経験のある方） 【Language skill】 Mandatory: Japanese （business level） Welcome: English skill （business level） There are works such as exchange of email in English, reading of English manual etc. |
