Role & Responsibility Comprehensive management of our distribution, GDP management, and Site quality control. Establish and manage a highly competitive Distribution process that complies with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act and adheres to the definition of quality requirements. SC GDP lead Key responsibilites: 1. As the site quality control manager and the manager of the sales business, properly operate or support the quality control operations and pharmaceutical affairs related to the distribution center in accordance with various laws and regulations, Global Quality, and GDP quality control operational procedures. (1) Regulatory procedures related to the maintenance and renewal of the distribution business (2) Respond to inspections by the authorities (3) Periodic self-inspections and quality inspections based on the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law (4) Maintenance of quality-related procedural documents (5) Storage and management of records (6) Quality control in receiving, shipping, delivery (transportation), and storage (7) Sanitation control (cleaning, insect and rodent control, etc.) (8) Change control (9) Abnormality, deviation, and CAPA management (10) Returned goods control (11) Validation/qualification (12) Inspection/calibration management of structural facilities/equipment (13) Training and education (14) Contractor management (including vendor audit) (15) Response to GDP inspection, our Global Quality Audit, FM Global Audit, etc. (16) Quality information/complaint handling/response to counterfeit pharmaceuticals (17) Disposal management and processing (including specially controlled industrial waste (infectious waste)) (18) Support and train of the West Japan Distribution Center Manager 2. support for overall supply chain activities involving DC, and liaison and coordination with Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation, related companies and other departments 3. support of HSE activities in accordance with HSE regulations |
