Strategy and Business Optimization (S&BO) Lead Japan will be a counter part of Global S&BO. The role will lead the GRA Japan transformation to enhance Play to Win strategy and will report to Head of Regulatory Affairs, Japan. ■Lead the new GRA Japan operating model (e.g., Digital-Plai, AI/PDT, OneTranslate, GSS Japan, Blueprint process) and ensure the efficiency/capability/performance improvement in GRA Japan. ■Strong support Head of GRA, Japan as the Senior Chief of Staff and represent the GRA Japan to strengthen the partnership with key stakeholders (including R&D, Commercial), on behalf of Head of GRA, Japan. ■Optimize the resource model in GRA Japan and have responsibility to manage the external vendors and/ or contracts. ■Lead the budget and resource management to achieve Strat Plan, collaborating with GRA JLTs. Lead the GRA compliance/deviation activities. ■Lead the training program in Japan, collaborating with GRA training team, GRA JLTs (e.g., Business training, Stretch goal setting alignment, Mentoring). ■Facilitate the communications in GRA (e.g., JLT meeting, JLT offsite meeting, Town hall, Award, Open mic, GRA various initiatives, Project review meeting Japan) Knowledge and Skills Excellent strategic mind set (including business/commercial perspective) and project management skill to improve the efficiency in GRA Japan. Digital capability/experience to lead the digital activities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. |

【必須(MUST)】 Language Skills:Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken Education and Experience: At least 3 years of experience in R&D in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Japan Experience in managing and leading R&D teams 【歓迎(WANT)】 Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, advanced degree preferred.Competencies: Out-box thinking.
