About the Team The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses to enable in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. The team is composed of Policy, Operations, Product and Data specialists working cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, PR, Legal, and Sales) to design and optimize ad policies, manage moderation processes, build scalable systems and tools driving efficiencies within our integrity mechanisms. This team is critical to working together to solve large scale issues that have significant global impact. Responsibilities Business Success - Responsible for owning and managing certain products / markets, including but not limited to management of work distribution, planning capacity, driving consistent improvement on quality front, come up with insights around performance trends, identifying key challenges and coming up with action plans - Ensure team members execute tasks in line with the SOPs and keep abreast on process and policy changes - Support and drive team success by ensuring KPI targets are met. - Act as escalation point of contact for process questions, issues and resolution Taking the Lead in Stakeholder Management: - Support global alignment across internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication, facilitation of cross-functional projects and by having a solution-focused problem solving attitude - Effectively collaborate with cross-function partners via building strong and trust-based relationships People Management - Coach and develop the career of direct reports; - Manage performance related topics with employees in consultation with business leaders and HR. - Drive core recognition related activities to ensure high employee engagement levels |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience;- Fluent in Japanese and English as a working language when working with internal teams and external stakeholders across regions - 5+ years of operational experience in a major tech or media company, ads or content review experience is a plus; - Deep understanding of operation management, specifically in the areas of performance metrics system and efficiency enhancement; - Strong conflict resolution skills, managing tough conversations - Proficient Excel skills, familiar with formulas and pivot tables; - Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills; - Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up; - Fast learner with the ability to adapt to evolving workflows without compromising attention to detail. |
