Our Marketing Communications Team (MarCom) is the vibrant voice behind us, communicating our mission, values, and strategies through clear, consistent and engaging communications and programs. We're growing a team of exceptional individuals to amplify our impact, deepen our community connections, and globally champion our vision. 【仕事内容】 As a Marketing Specialist within the MarCom team, you will play a key role in planning and executing both online and offline marketing-related activities. This hands-on position involves organizing events, trade shows, conferences, meetups, webinars, and face-to-face interactions, engaging in short and long-term marketing strategies both internally and externally. ・Plan and execute marketing-related activities, including events, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars, both online and offline. ・Contribute to the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term marketing strategies for internal and external audiences. ・Analyze and report on the performance of MarCom activities to drive continuous improvement and further optimization. ・Conduct market research and analysis, gather client feedback, and collect market insights to inform marketing strategies and activities. ・Collaborate cross-functionally within the company and engage at all levels of management to drive results. ・Support the MarCom team’s other activities. 【チャレンジ・やりがい】・Broad experience in a startup environment ・Opportunity to engage in cutting-edge technology ・Collaboration with global partners
労働条件	給与：※ご経験により応相談勤務地：（雇入れ直後）東京都品川区北品川一丁目12-10 ジャコムビル及び労働者の自宅（変更の範囲）会社の定める場所（テレワークを行う場所を含む）雇用形態：正社員試用期間：あり(二か月) 勤務時間：フレックスタイム制始業：午前6時00分　終業：午後10時00分所定労働時間：8時間/日休日：完全週休二日制（土曜日・日曜日）国民の祝祭日夏期休暇：3日（7月～9月の間で各自取得）※当年7月8月入社の場合を除く年末年始：6日 ※元日を含み会社カレンダーによる年間休日120日以上福利厚生・社会保険完備(厚生年金、健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険) ・通勤手当支給（社内規定に準ずる）・ライフサポート（育児休暇や介護休暇、時短勤務など）・企業型確定拠出年金制度
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience ・Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a marketing focus, including but not limited to strategic marketing, field marketing, event marketing, product marketing. Experience with trade shows and conferences would be a plus ・Excellent project management skills ・Working experience with global teams ・Creative, goal-driven and passionate about marketing communications ・Independently anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced, hands-on startup working environment ・Ability to interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally to influence outcomes ・Fluent in both Japanese and English 【歓迎（WANT）】・Background in the IT or technology sector, with experience in strategic marketing initiatives ・Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive the internal and external audience, as well as excellent organizational skills ・Work with minimal direction towards predetermined goals, and be able to quickly become proficient with new tools and software ・Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, new tools and software (Mailchimp, Streamyard, Zoom…) 【求める人物像】・Team player with the ability to work independently ・Open-minded and values transparency ・Interest in an open-source approach to technology
