This is an opportunity for you to build best in class customer service for a new and rapidly expanding group of our customers! ◆Key Job Responsibilities • You will drive the expansion of existing programs to reduce customer and customer service agents efforts. • You will work across CS Product and Program Managers, Software Development Engineers and local Operations team in the Japan and overseas to coordinate testing, launches, metric reviews, and improvements. • You will also help define new processes, and align stakeholders for the program expansion. • You will contribute to the program’s vision, work on prioritizing features, learning complex concepts quickly, and working efficiently with global stakeholders across various disciplines. • You will be required to take smart action, fail quick, learn and then iterate. |

• 勤務地:東京(品川)オフィス • 契約期間:期間の定めなし(正社員採用) • 試用期間:あり(3カ月) • 就業時間:基本9:00-18:00(間休憩1時間) *週40時間フレックス勤務 • 休日:土日祝 (カレンダー勤務) • 休暇:年次有給休暇(入社初年度最大14日間)、パーソナル休暇(年間最大5日間)、特別有給休暇 • 残業:あり(月平均30時間程度) • 想定月給:930,000円~ • 想定年収: 1200万円~(基本給年俸+Sign-on Bonus+制限付き株式RSU) *能力、資格、経歴、経験等を考慮し、面接後に最終決定 • 給与改定:年1回 • 社会保険:健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険 • その他福利厚生:健康診断、会員制福利厚生制度(ポイント付与あり)、確定拠出年金(DCプラン)、制限付株式(RSU)、社内割引制度、従業員アシスタントプログラム(EAP)、団体生命保険 (保険料全額会社負担) ※その他詳細は面談の際にお伝えします。 |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 • 5+ years of program or project management experience• 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements • Proficient English level (reading, writing, speaking); Japanese Business Level or higher (JLPT N1 or N2) 【歓迎(WANT)】 • Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership • Experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, and/or Excel ◆選考ステップ (1) 応募(英文Resume提出) → 書類選考 (2) 1次面接1回 (3) 2次面接5回 (4) 選考結果連絡(内定・ご入社手続き) ※応募時に英文Resumeの提出必須 ※面接は全てオンラインウェブ上で実施(英語面接あり) |
