Responsibilities: ・Play as section head to lead the total reward team. ・Lead team to design and develop total reward policies, procedures and solutions. ・Comply with company internal control regulations and procedures. ・Collaborate with Total Reward and Mobility teams in HQ to implement corporate C&B, Mobility related projects and initiatives. |

Working Conditions: 1. Location - (Immediately after hiring) 4106-1 Haramizu, Kikuyou-machi, Kikuchi-gun, Kumamoto, 869-1102 (Scope of Change) Location determined by the Company 2. Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30 3. 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Education requirement – BCH degree+ in Business or HR related field.・8 years above of C&B related experience. ・Fluent communication in English and Japanese is required. ・Proficient in Microsoft Office application including intermediate Excel skills. ・Possess knowledge of compensation panning, benefit, mobility, time & attendance systems, Japan employment laws and payroll regulations. 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Working experience in localization of compensation and benefit and mobility practice is preferred. |
