The position holds overarching responsibility for actively participating in facility expansion projects, contributing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in facility perspectives including system implementation. Additionally, it involves advocating for KFA projects aligned with future opportunities and integrating new technologies to enhance facility and equipment functionality. Ensuring strict compliance with internal and external regulations throughout all expansion activities is paramount, while also following the Novo Nordisk (NN) Way, Essentials, and Triple Bottom Line principles to uphold ethical and sustainable practices. ・Collaborate with NN central IT team to implement and maintain IT systems according to global standards. ・Review designs and estimates from suppliers for IT infrastructure. ・Establish maintenance plans and transfer knowledge to KFA IT team. ・Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. ・Ensure compliance with applicable requirements, prepare for internal audits and regulatory inspections, and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during audits. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor’s degree required.・Minimum of 5 years' experience as an IT engineer. ・Proficiency in system implementation, integration, and supplier management. ・Strong knowledge of general IT systems and excellent communication skills. ・Business-level English and Japanese proficiency. |
