仕事内容 About the Position:
The FP&A Manager is a key role responsible for providing analysis and insight into the financial results of the company branded Workforce Solutions business in Japan. With revenues of €1.2 billion and over 2,000 direct employees, this role plays a critical role in driving financial activities in collaboration with local sales and support teams and global counterparts. In addition, the FP&A Manager will focus on developing the existing FP&A team to improve their performance. We are looking for individuals who enjoy driving change, are committed to achieving results, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. This role will report to the FP&A Director and may lead a team of 3 or more.

Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a key financial partner to the management of the brand, overseeing day-to-day revenue, expenses (above EBITA) including cost of services, compensation and operating expenses.
-Drive business results by providing analysis and insight into key business drivers, supporting annual/strategic planning exercises and other forward-looking processes.
-Continuously streamline and enhance FP&A processes, potentially spearheading the digitization of the forecasting process.
-Develop and optimize financial management processes to mitigate risk and uncover value within the business.
-Build financial models to optimize existing businesses and evaluate new investment opportunities.
-Prepare necessary materials for quarterly and monthly business reviews with APAC/Global.
-Support the annual budget and contribute to short to medium term financial strategy planning.
-Manage monthly closing activities in collaboration with Accounting and Middle Office, including variance analysis and preparation and explanation of management reports.
-Work with operational teams to improve reporting, manage expenses and provide valuable insights.
-Proactively make recommendations and take action to achieve budget and forecast targets.
-Demonstrate a strong commitment to compliance, integrity and ethics.
