This position will be responsible for providing advice and services that are strategic, timely, proactive, practical, cost－effective, and meet the highest legal, ethical, and professional standards. • Reviewing and negotiating our software related contracts with third parties, including software licensing agreements, software maintenance agreements, value－added reseller and distributor agreements, consulting agreements, OEM agreements, demonstration agreements, vendor agreements, hosting agreements, supply agreements and employee agreements. • Coordinating with outside legal counsel in various subject matters. • Coordinating with management to ensure any and all contractual matter are handled in a timely and efficiently. • Promote the development of internal regulations related to corporate governance • Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner by providing expertise and guidance for the accomplishment of overall business objectives ＊外資系IT関連企業での日本のIPOの可能性もあり、法務として幅広くご活躍いただけます。 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 －日本もしくは海外弁護士資格（米英豪など）－5年以上の企業法務のご経験 －グローバルメンバーと口頭でコミュニケーション可能な英語力 【歓迎（WANT）】 以下のいずれかのご経験があれば尚可－ソフトウェア、SaaS企業でのご経験 －外資系IT企業でのご経験 －1人法務のご経験 ーIPO関連のご経験 ー渉外法律事務所でのコーポレート案件のご経験 －業務をお任せできる方 －自ら手を動かして対応いただける方 |
