Role purpose The Accountant will work closely with members of the accounting/FP&A/operating teams, utilizing accounting and finance knowledge and experience in monthly close/audit/tax processes, to ensure the completeness and accuracy of external and internal financial reporting. Key accountabilities Being owner of various types of JE posting such as accruals, provisions, reclasses, to ensure the smooth operation of monthly closing activities In charge of drafting and reviewing various types of financial reports, providing analysis and commentaries for the reports, ex. income statement and balance sheet. Assist on statuary and internal audits, take charge of gathering/preparing documents from various teams/systems, review documents and communication with the auditors to make sure the audit completes in time with no material audit findings. |

【必須（MUST）】 Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)- Quantity and quality of JE posting/financial report/analysis. - Numbers of audit/tax engagement participate in, meet the deadline of engagement - Complete work independently with less instruction from managerial level Relationships and key contacts - Asia accounting/FP&A team; - Indian SSC and Group finance team; - Auditor and tax advisor. - Operating team such as sales, procurement, OLO team. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Role specific requirements- Native Japanese language capability - Business level written English (verbal also a plus) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting - Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders - Quick learner Preferred - Experience in an international environment. - Experience with SAP Qualifications - Degree level or equivalent, preferably finance and accounting related. - Strong Excel and analytical skills Behaviours - Proactive, independent with strong sense of ownership - Ability to think and act internationally and cross functionally - Ability to work under multi-task, pressure and tight deadlines - Team player - Outcome focused |
