SUMMARY The mission is to revolutionize medical imaging with AI. To meet the high demands in Japan, we are seeking a passionate candidate capable of developing Go－To－Market strategy. This role collaborates closely with team members at our APAC office. RESPONSIBILITIES • Short－ and long－term access strategies （including, Partnerships, Sales channel development, Product positioning, etc.） • Exceptional success in financial performance, encompassing channel management, funnel generation, and related areas. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 7＋ years of professional experience in the Japanese Radiology/Medical Imaging industry.• Native written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. • Deep knowledge about Japanese Radiology/Medical Imaging Industry. • Successful experience on developing/managing a Team along with a short－ and long－term access strategies. • Understanding about PMDA. • Strong strategic acumen and be pragmatic in execution. • Experience coordinating internal teams across organizational boundaries and managing external public affairs, communications and other agencies and consultants. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Proficient in sales forecasting and funnel management skills.• Highly team oriented, collaborative, and adept at developing trusting relationships with stakeholders. • Be able to function in a highly dynamic, fast－paced environment; be able to lead in a balanced manner with poise, especially in ambiguous situations. • Well－structured documentation skill. • Logical thinking based on the evidence. |
