＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞ 世界各国の販売店舗のアップデートおよび店舗スタンダードの開発・管理業務を行っていただきます。 ・店舗スタンダード開発 …世界中の販売店舗やディーラーのショールーム、自動車修理工場等を日産ブランドにふさわしく見えるよう、 レイアウト考案をします。（例：店舗の床や壁の色、照明, 家具什器等、外部看板など） 各国のガイドラインに沿いながら、新しい形の店舗形態を考案するケースもございます。 ・グローバルプロジェクトのリード ・リージョン支援・バリデーション対応 ・プロジェクトマネジメント会社を通じたサプライチェーン構築 及び スタンダード実行進捗・遵守管理 Out team's task is to manage the project which Global Dealer Facility Standard development and implementation at all markets are being operated. ・Dealer Facility Standard development …Global standard of Dealer showrooms and workshops for Nissan and Infiniti brand, how those should look like, including layout, materials for floor, wall, ceiling in exterior and interior and lighting, furniture and fixture and signage. Sometimes, localization analysis in line with each country's regulation. ・Leading global project ・Support of regional implemation and validation of reginal proposals ・Through the external Project Management company, to manage suppliers for singage, furniture, fixture and project status reporting securing standard compliance |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・店舗開発・管理業務の経験・実務でメール・口頭でのコミュニケーションを実行できるレベルの英語力（TOEIC850点程度） ・グローバルプロジェクト又はクロスファンクショナルプロジェクトのマネジメント経験 ・実務でエクセル、パワーポイントを使いこなせる ・小売店舗建築・デザインに関する知見。新店舗コンセプト開発経験 ・店舗スタンダード開発・管理業務経験（他業種小売業界 又は／及び 自動車業界） ・Experience of retail store dvelopment and project management ・Business level English for email and verbal communication (TOEIC score approvimately 850) ・Experience of global project and/or cross functional project management ・Business level use of Excel and Power Point ・Knowledge of retail store design and construction. Experience in new retail store concept development ・Experience of retail store standard development and project management (in other retail industory and/or auto industory） 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・小売店舗デジタルツールに関する知見があればなお良い・店舗スタンダード開発・管理業務経験（自動車業界での経験があるとなお良い） ・Knowledge of digital tool at retail store : preferred ・Experience of retail store standard development and project management (in auto industory is preferred） |
