This includes being able to effectively communicate and fulfill investor and related stakeholder needs and inquiries. Being able to let investors and related stakeholders know about us, the strength of company and managing their expectations on the company Drive and/or support capital markets preparation work including drafting of the prospectus, corporate governance related matters, capitalization table/shareholder list, and fulfill any matters related to capital markets preparation. Develop monthly/quarterly/annual company update narratives (through setting up routine interviewing sessions with company management). Draft and prepare presentation materials, Q&A, messaging contents etc…including board of directors materials preparation, any press releases etc… Be responsible for any company disclosure (financial statements, press releases etc…) to meet capital markets requirements and set any related disclosure rules internally to align with these requirements. Provide feedback from investors and capital markets situations. Develop and manage internal company narrative materials. Be flexible to take on different projects as required related to capital markets. - 投資家および関連ステークホルダー（投資銀行、証券アナリスト、メディアなど）との関係構築・管理・強化。 - 月次・四半期・年次の会社概況説明の作成（会社経営陣との定期的な面談の設定を通じて）。プレゼンテーション資料、Q&A、メッセージングコンテンツの作成（取締役会資料、プレスリリースを含む）。 - 資本市場要件に合致した会社開示（財務諸表、プレスリリース等）の責任者、および関連する開示ルールを社内で設定し、要件に合致させる。 - 投資家や資本市場の状況からのフィードバックを提供する。 - 目論見書、コーポレートガバナンス関連事項、資本金一覧表/株主名簿の作成、資本市場準備に関するあらゆる事項の履行など、資本市場準備作業の推進およびサポート。 - 社内向け説明資料の作成・管理 - 資本市場に関連する様々なプロジェクトに柔軟に対応する。 Key Requirements/募集要項: 3+ years of experience at an investment bank/investment fund or 3+ years of experience of investor relations or financial communications role. Experience in the Internet, e-commerce or travel industry is a plus. The candidate may have the experience in the financial project management field. Positive and respectful communication. Be a people person and good at developing relationships. This person should be a great communicator, have experience leading/managing projects and results driven. Fluent in Japanese. Business level English. or Chinese is a plus Experience with IFRS is a plus Attention to detail and analyses, and intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables and powerpoint skills; familiar with Google office suite Entrepreneurial and ability to work in fast pace and dynamically changing environment Experience on development/improvement of disclosure processes in Japan is a plus Profound understanding on disclosure requirements in Japan is a plus
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 - 投資銀行/投資ファンドでの経験3年以上、IRまたは財務広報の職務経験3年以上。インターネットや旅行業界での経験があれば尚可。 - 日本における開示プロセスの開発・改善に関する経験 - 日本におけるディスクロージャー要件に関する深い理解 - 積極的かつ敬意あるコミュニケーション。人と接することが好きで、人間関係を構築することが得意な方。 - コミュニケーション能力に優れ、プロジェクトをリード/管理した経験があり、結果を出せる方。 - 日本語に堪能であり、ビジネスレベルの英語および/または中国語ができること。 - IFRSの経験があれば尚可 - 詳細と分析に対する注意力 - Vlookupsやピボットテーブルを含むMS Excelの中級/上級スキル、パワーポイントスキル、Googleオフィススイートに精通していること。 - 起業家精神があり、速いペースでダイナミックに変化する環境の中で働く能力
