仕事内容	【仕事内容】空飛ぶクルマ(有人ドローン)の飛行試験結果を正しく計測し、航空認証取得や機体開発に役立てる為の計装システム設計に携わって頂きます。 ■具体的な業務内容・各チームと協力し、飛行試験時に取得すべきデータ仕様の策定・各種センサやデータレコーダー、アンテナ、通信方式、制御機器、ワイヤーハーネス・コネクタなどの電装品などを組み合わせた計装システムの設計・システム要件に合う部品、及びサプライヤーを選定し、調達部品の評価・検証する・飛行試験状況や必要データの変更などの変化に合わせたシステムの改修、トラブルシュート、不具合解消の設計変更の対応・飛行試験データの加工、改修、ドキュメンテーションの作成【魅力ポイント】何と言っても「空飛ぶクルマ」を自らの手で創り上げる喜びに勝るものはありません。コクピット開発、機体開発、パイロット、航空認証などさまざまなチームが混然一体となり、空飛ぶクルマを創るという一つの目標に向かって集中しています。「空飛ぶクルマ」は有人、かつ複数のプロペラで駆動するという前例のない機体となります。それ故に飛行試験も非常に難易度の高いプロジェクトとなりますが、だからこそ「歴史に残る製品を創り上げた」と自負して頂けるミッションです。【当社について】当社は航空機・ドローン・自動車のエンジニアが集う有志団体メンバーを中心に発足した「空飛ぶクルマ」の開発・製造・販売を行うスタートアップ企業です。空飛ぶクルマと産業用ドローンの開発・製造・販売、運航／運用サービスお及びコンサルティングを行っております。自動車産業や飛行機産業が勃興して以来、およそ100年ぶりに、新しい移動手段である空飛ぶクルマ「エアモビリティ」が生まれようとしております。大型資金調達を行い、累積調達額は51億円に達しました。空飛ぶクルマの2025年の実用化と、すでに販売中の貨物用ドローンの山間部での運用と2022年以降の都市部での活用を目指し、技術開発と事業開発を加速させております。【当社の強み】・2019年12月に日本でいち早く「空飛ぶクルマ」の有人飛行試験を開始した当社。・2020年8月、有人飛行試験を安全に最大限の注意を払い遂行し、公開飛行試験が成功。・2025年の販売開始に繋げ、2026年の有人機量産化を目指し「誰もが自由に空を飛べる時代」を創造したいと思っております。　現在、開発から飛行試験まで進み、実用化へと、少しずつ取り組んでおります。【Overview】 You will be involved in the design of instrumentation systems to correctly measure the flight test results of flying vehicles (manned drones) and use them to obtain aeronautical certification and develop aircraft. 【Details】・ Work with each team to develop data specifications to be obtained during flight testing ・ Design instrumentation systems combining various sensors, data recorders, antennas, communication methods, control equipment, and electrical components such as wire harnesses and connectors ・ Select components and suppliers that meet system requirements, and evaluate and verify procured components ・ Modifying systems to accommodate changes in flight test conditions and required data, troubleshooting and handling design changes to eliminate defects ・ Processing flight test data, modifications, and documentation. 【Appeal Points】 After all, nothing beats the joy of creating a "flying car" with one's own hands. Our various teams, including cockpit development, airframe development, pilots, and aeronautical certification, work in unison and focus on a single goal: the creation of a flying car. The "flying car" will be manned and driven by multiple propellers, which is unprecedented. This makes flight testing an extremely challenging project, but it is precisely because of this that we can be proud of the fact that we have created a product that will leave a lasting mark on history.
応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・計装システム、計装機器の設計経験をお持ちの方（航空機、自動車、実験・評価機器など）・日常会話レベル以上の英語力【Desirable Skills】・ Experience in designing instrumentation systems and instrumentation equipment (aircraft, automotive, experimental and evaluation equipment, etc.) 【歓迎（WANT）】・フライトテストに関するご経験・データ加工の経験がある方・機械・電気製造の組立経験がある方・機械設計または電気設計の経験のある方・計測およびデータ解析ツールの実務経験・試験データの収集・分析経験がある方【Desirable Skills】・ Experience in flight testing ・ Experience in data processing ・ Mechanical and electrical manufacturing assembly experience ・ Experience in mechanical or electrical design ・ Working experience with measurement and data analysis tools ・ Experience in collecting and analyzing test data. ・様々な関係者と積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方・自発的に行動できる方・潜在的課題を引き出せるようなヒアリング力のある方・折衝力に長けている方・推進力のある方【Target Candidate】・ Able to communicate proactively with a variety of stakeholders ・ Those who can act on their own initiative ・ Have good listening skills to draw out potential issues ・ Have good negotiation skills ・ Have the ability to drive the project forward
