【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 Play a pivotal role in developing and executing omnichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for specific therapeutic areas or products. You will manage a team of specialists, oversee campaign budgets, and stay abreast of the ever-evolving omnichannel landscape to enhance customer engagement for Japan Commercial (JP-C) being compliant with industry regulations 【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 ・Enhance customer engagement through planning, executing and monitoring effective omnichannel offers (e.g. pulling through of A.A. insights into omnichannel planning and execution) across brands in Japan ・Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, Customer Excellence (CE), medical affairs, Omnichannel Strategy & Operations (OSO) and ethics & compliance, ensuring alignment and seamless campaign execution. ・Roll-out global projects around Omnichannel initiatives in Japan market in collaboration with OSO ・Work closely with 3rd parties to identify local system needs to flag to global team for support ・Drive Change Management by providing vision, direction, and mentorship to a team & an organization, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration for omnichannel operations ・Oversee / manage overall digital related projects / initiatives across JP-C and control budgets relating digital activities (incl. 3rd party) to optimize resources and expedite digitalization ・Build industry leading omnichannel capability in JP-C in collaboration with Commercial Learning & Development group (CL&D), Marketing groups and OSO |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Over 3year experiences in working for digital/omnichannel engagement within the pharmaceutical, life science industry ・Proven experience in Marketing ・Proficient in both written and spoken English & Japanese ・People management experiences 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Experience working in an international context |
