【必須（MUST）】 企業規模拡大フェーズにおける採用業務経験（採用戦略、ブランディング企画、エージェントマネジメント、ダイレクトソーシング、エンジニア・外国籍社員採用）■Required Experience Recruitment work during company expansion phase.(Recruitment strategy, branding planning, agent management, direct sourcing, recruitment of engineers and foreign employees, etc.) 【歓迎（WANT）】 人事・労務業務の経験■Desirable Experience Practical work related to human resources and labor affairs. ■語学力 日本語（日本語での採用面談や日本語の資料作りが一人で行えるレベル、N1レベル以上） 英語（英語での採用面談や英語の資料作りが一人で行えるレベル、TOEIC700点以上のレベル） ■Language Skills Japanese : Able to conduct recruitment interview and create business documents in Japanese by oneself. N1 Level English : Able to conduct recruitment interview and create business documents in English by oneself. TOEIC Score 700 or higher |
