■チームのミッション/責任 新会社における経営管理基盤を構築するとともに、事業計画を策定して、経営に貢献する。 ■職務内容 短期/中長期収益計画の策定を課内のメンバーと共同で対応いただきます。また、以下のような業務の一部をスキルとご経験に応じてご担当いただきます。 ・商流構築など管理会計目線での事業企画支援 ・ERP導入に向けた全体プロジェクトマネジメント/管理会計機能の要件定義 ・中長期資金計画の策定 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Contribute to company business by building a business management foundation or scheme for the new company, and formulating a business plan. ■Job description Be responsible for formulating short to long-term profit plans while cooperating with members of the organization. Also be required to be in charge of some of the following tasks, depending on your skills and experience. ・ Business planning support from a management accounting perspective, such as building value chain ・ Definition of business requirements for overall project management/management accounting functions for ERP implementation ・ Formulation of medium to long-term financial plans |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・管理会計を中心とした経営管理業務の経験（5年以上）・部門横断的なプロジェクトマネジメントの経験 ■Required skills / experience ・ Experience in business management centered on management accounting (5 years or more) ・ Experience in cross-functional project management 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・事業部門と連携した商流構築の経験・ERPや財務会計/管理会計システムの導入プロジェクト経験 ・移転価格税制への対応経験 ・海外展開をしているメーカーでの業務経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・ Experience in building value chain in collaboration with business departments ・ Experience with ERP and financial accounting/management accounting system implementation projects ・ Experience to take care of transfer pricing taxation system ・ Experience to work at manufacturers which operate business globally ■語学力 TOEICスコアは不問。ただし、少なくともメールレベルでは英語で業務遂行する必要あり。 ■Language Skills Don’t require specific TOEIC score. However, it is necessary to use English at basic business level. |
