■チームのミッション/責任 新会社のガバナンス・コンプライアンスを確立しつつ、新事業の立上げと成長に法務領域から貢献する ■職務内容 ・契約審査・法令調査・事業支援・コーポレート運営などの企業法務業務 ・ガバナンス・コンプライアンス施策の企画と実行 ・北米および今後想定される市場における海外現地法人立上げ・事業運営支援 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities ・ While establishing governance and compliance for the new company, contribute to the launch and growth of new businesses from the legal field. ・ From a legal perspective, support the creation of new value through collaboration with a wide variety of business partners. ■Job description ・ Corporate legal functions such as contract review, legal research, business support, and corporate management ・ Planning and execution of governance and compliance measures ・ Support for setting up overseas subsidiaries and business operations in North America and future markets |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 民間企業、非営利団体等の組織、または、弁護士事務所での法務業務における、数年〜10年程度の経験■Required skills / experience Several to 10 years of experience in legal work at a private company, non-profit organization etc. or at a law firm 【歓迎（WANT）】 日本/米国/欧州のいずれかの弁護士資格を保有していること■Preferred skills / experience Attorney-at-Law in Japan, US, or Europe ■語学力 TOEIC 700点以上 （北米や欧州の現地弁護士と英語での日常的なコミュニケーションがあります） ■Language Skills TOEIC score: 700 or above (Frequently communicate in English with attorneys in North America and Europe) |
