仕事内容	■チームのミッション/責任デジタルサービスとモビリティを融合させた新しい価値を提供するビジネスモデルの構築と、事業計画を達成するオペレーションの実行。 ■職務内容保有期アフターセールスのD2Cオペレーション企画・実装・運用をグローバルで担当頂きます。 1. 点検・修理等のアフターセールスオペレーション 2. 車両データ等を活用した新しいアフターセールスのコネクティッドサービス 3. 補修部品事業のオペレーション 4. 社内システムとの連携やビジネスパートナーとのシステム連携・オペレーション構築 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル・プロジェクトを立上げ頂いた後に将来的にはアフターセールスチームのマネジメントを経験して頂くこともできます。・デジタルサービス企画、プロダクト企画、マーケティング企画など企画領域の幅を広げて頂いたり、よりビジネス視点で事業開発のキャリアを構築して頂くことも出来ます。・グローバルで商品/サービスを提供するため、プロジェクトの進展に応じて自ら企画した仕組みを駐在など現場側で推進し、一気通貫で関わることができます。 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning of attractive products and services which are personalized for each user and business model, and collaboration and coordination with external software and hardware partners. ■Job description You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing D2C operations for after-sales services during the ownership period on a global scale. ■Responsibilities: ・After-sales operations such as inspection and repair. ・New connected after-sales services utilizing vehicle data. ・Operations for the spare parts business. ・System integration with internal systems and system integration and operation construction with business partners. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・After setting up the project, you may have the opportunity to experience sales team management in the future. ・You can also broaden your horizons in the planning field, such as digital service planning, product planning, and marketing planning, or build a career in business development with a more business perspective. ・Since products and services are offered globally, you can be involved in the entire process from planning to implementation by promoting the system you have planned on-site, such as through overseas assignment.

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】モビリティ業界経験者を希望・車両の修理・メンテナンスのオペレーションに携わった経験がある方・自動車の補修部品供給オペレーションに携わった経験がある方・自動車のアフターセールスに関する幅広い経験と知識をお持ちの方 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in the mobility industry is preferred. ・Experience in vehicle repair and maintenance operations. ・Experience in automotive spare parts supply operations. ・Extensive experience and knowledge in automotive after-sales. 【歓迎（WANT）】・関連するパートナー企業との契約交渉、新規オペレーション立上げの経験がある方・新興系の自動車会社でのアフターセールスオペレーション立上げ経験のある方・海外現地法人のアフターセールス駐在員として一気通貫のオペレーション経験がある方 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in contract negotiations with related partner companies and launching new operations. ・Experience in setting up after-sales operations for new car companies. ・Experience in end-to-end operations at an overseas subsidiary. ■語学力英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション（目安TOEIC600点以上） ■Language Skills ・Business-level communication in English (TOEIC 600 or higher recommended).
