仕事内容	■チームのミッション/責任デジタルサービスとモビリティを融合させた新しい価値を提供するビジネスモデルの構築と、事業計画を達成するオペレーションの実行。 ■職務内容車両及び付帯商品のD2C販売オペレーションの企画・実装・運用をグローバルで担当頂きます。提供するサービス間で一貫性のある顧客体験を提供するためプロジェクト横断で業務を推進頂きます。・車両/アクセサリー/補修部品の販売・登録～車両デリバリーサービスの提供・自動車金融及び各種保険/保証サービスの提供・下取り/中古車販売・充電サービスの提供社内外のシステム連携を含め、オペレーションの企画・実装・運営まで担当頂きます。体験設計に基づき、新たな価値をもたらす様々なビジネスパートナーの探索から選定・契約交渉までビジネス設計から形にするまでをお任せします。一貫したユーザー体験を届けるにあたって、デザイナーやエンジニアとの分野を超えたメンバーと連携/協力しながらのプロジェクト中心の業務になります。 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル・プロジェクトを立上げ頂いた後に将来的にはセールスチームのマネジメントを経験して頂くこともできます。・デジタルサービス企画、プロダクト企画、マーケティング企画など企画領域で幅を広げて頂いたり、よりビジネス視点で事業開発のキャリアを構築して頂くことも出来ます。・グローバルで商品/サービスを提供するため、プロジェクトの進展に応じて自ら企画した仕組みを駐在など現場側で推進し、一気通貫で関わることができます。 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning of attractive products and services which are personalized for each user and business model, and collaboration and coordination with external software and hardware partners. ■Job description You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and operating D2C sales operations for vehicles and related products on a global scale. You will also be responsible for promoting projects across the organization to ensure a consistent customer experience across all services offered. Responsibilities: ・Sales of vehicles, accessories, and spare parts. ・Providing registration and vehicle delivery services. ・Providing automotive finance and various insurance/warranty services. ・Trade-in/used car sales. ・Providing charging services. You will be responsible for the entire process from planning to implementation and operation of the operation, including system integration with internal and external parties. Based on experience design, you will be responsible for everything from exploring, selecting, and negotiating contracts with various business partners who bring new value to the table. This is a project-based job that requires collaboration and cooperation with members from different fields, such as designers and engineers, to deliver a consistent user experience. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・After setting up the project, you may have the opportunity to experience sales team management in the future. ・You can also broaden your horizons in the planning field, such as digital service planning, product planning, and marketing planning, or build a career in business development with a more business perspective. ・Since products and services are offered globally, you can be involved in the entire process from planning to implementation by promoting the system you have planned on-site, such as through overseas assignment.

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】・業界に関わらずゼロイチでオペレーションを立ち上げた経験がある方・モビリティの周辺サービスを新たな視点でワンストップで提供するにあたり、各サービスのスペシャリストやモビリティ業界に関わらず幅広い分野の経験のある方 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in setting up operations from scratch, regardless of the industry. ・Experience in a wide range of fields, including mobility-related services, specialists in each service, and individuals with experience in various fields. 【歓迎（WANT）】以下のいずれかもしくは複数の専門性のある方・購買～保有期に渡るユーザー体験設計・新規事業開発の経験、もしくは既存事業の実務推進・ビジネスパートナーとの交渉能力 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in user experience design from purchase to ownership period. ・Experience in new business development or implementation of existing business operations. ・Business partner negotiation skills. ■語学力英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション（目安TOEIC600点以上） ■Language Skills ・Business-level communication in English (TOEIC 600 or higher recommended).
