■チームのミッション/責任 ユーザー毎にパーソナライズされた魅力的なプロダクト・サービスおよびその仕組みづくり、ソフト・ハード双方での社外パートナーとの協業・連携の企画・推進。 ■職務内容 グローバルのクリエーター・デベロッパーと協業し、新しいモビリティー体験を創出していく、「共創プログラム」の立ち上げ業務を担っていただきます。 共創のあり方などの戦略の立案から、パートナー発掘、パートナーのサポート（技術支援含め）、コミュニティー構築、運営、クリエーター・デベロッパー向けのイベントの開催・運営など戦略策定と実行を牽引いただきます。 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル グローバルにおけるプログラム立ち上げからグロースまでを経験することで、新規事業開発、コミュニティマネジメント、アライアンス・パートナーシップなど幅広いスキル・専門性が習得できます。その結果、新規事業開発マネージャーやコミュニティマネージャーなどのキャリアを歩んでいただけます。 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning of attractive products and services which are personalized for each user and business model, and collaboration and coordination with external software and hardware partners. ■Job description You will be responsible for launching the "Co-Creation Program," which aims to create new mobility experiences by collaborating with global creators and developers. You will lead the strategy development and execution, including: ・Defining the co-creation strategy. ・Identifying and scouting potential partners. ・Supporting partners (including technical support). ・Building and managing a community. ・Organizing and running events for creators and developers. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・Gain experience in all aspects of program launch and growth, from strategy development to execution. ・Acquire a wide range of skills and expertise, including new business development, community management, and alliance and partnership management. ・Build a foundation for a career in new business development management, community management, or other related fields. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・コミュニティ運営・支援経験・ソフトウェア基礎知識 ・ロジカルシンキング ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in community management and support. ・Basic knowledge of software. ・Logical thinking skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・IOTデバイス等のデベロッパー向けマーケティングの経験・アライアンス・パートナーシップ提携などの経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in marketing to developers of IoT devices and other technologies. ・Experience in alliance and partnership formation. ■語学力 英語での交渉含むビジネスレベル（目安TOEIC 730点以上） ■Language Skills ・Business-level English proficiency, including negotiation (TOEIC 730 or higher recommended). |
