■チームのミッション/責任 ユーザー毎にパーソナライズされた魅力的なプロダクト・サービスおよびその仕組みづくり、ソフト・ハード双方での社外パートナーとの協業・連携の企画・推進。 ■職務内容 ユーザーそれぞれのニーズに応じてパーソナライズされた体験価値を提供するため、ソフトウェア中心で、購入後も進化・アップデートし続けるモビリティサービスを企画しています。従来のモビリティの枠に留まらない新しい視点・広い視野で業務に携わっていただきます。この職種では、EVの後続可能距離、自宅・公共充電に関する体験企画から、CPO・電力系統とのエネルギー管理に関する企画を担当いただきます。 ■語学力 英語での交渉含むビジネスレベル（目安TOEIC 730点以上） ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・全く新しいOEMの立場・アプローチで、EV普及のカギを握る電力不安の払拭や充電体験の向上のみならず、外部との連携・交渉などの幅広い経験を積み重ねることができます。 ・グローバルで商品・サービスを企画するため、立案した実行計画を自らが現地に赴き推進することができます。 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning of attractive products and services which are personalized for each user and business model, and collaboration and coordination with external software and hardware partners. ■Job description We are planning a software-centric mobility service that will continue to evolve and update after purchase, providing personalized experiences tailored to the individual needs of each user. We are looking for someone with a new perspective and broad vision who is not limited by the traditional framework of mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for planning experiences related to EV range, home and public charging, as well as energy management with CPOs and power grids. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・You will gain a wide range of experience, including overcoming the anxiety of electricity and improving the charging experience, which are key to the普及 of EVs, as well as collaboration and negotiation with external parties, from the perspective and approach of a completely new OEM. ・You will be able to travel to local sites to promote the implementation plan you have developed, as you will be planning products and services on a global scale. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・エネルギーまたはモビリティ業界の経験■Required skills / experience ・Experience in the energy or mobility industry. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・電力システム（需給管理／送配電／系統制御など）に関する知見・HEMSシステム等に関する知見 ・ビックデータ分析経験 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Knowledge of power systems (demand management, transmission and distribution, system control, etc.). ・Knowledge of HEMS systems. ・Big data analysis experience. ■語学力 英語での交渉含むビジネスレベル（目安TOEIC 730点以上） ■Language Skills ・Business-level English proficiency, including negotiation (TOEIC 730 or higher recommended). |
