■チームのミッション/責任 Software Defined Vehicleに相応しいE&Eアーキテクチャの企画・開発。大量のセンシングデバイスからの入力・クラウドへの接続を前提とした大規模なソフトウェアを統合的に稼働させ、また車両販売後もOTAによるソフトウェアメンテナンス・アップデートを行って継続的に価値を高めていくための、ハードウェアからサービスまで調和の取れた開発・設計。 ■職務内容 車載エンタテインメント・インフォメーションシステムにおけるアプリケーションソフトの開発推進。 ・全体スケジュール管理を中心としたプロジェクトマネジメント ・関係部署との仕様整合 ・協力会社との共同開発 ■開発ツール ・構成管理ツール：Git（Gerrit）/SVN ・開発言語：Java、C/C++、JavaScript、Python、Perl ・インフラ：Amazon Web Service、On-Premises ・開発手法：Waterfall、Agile（Scrum, Kanban） ・コミュニケーションツール：Slack（or Teams） ・プロジェクト管理ツール：JIRA、Confluence 等 ・データ分析ツール：Qlik 等 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・グローバルのエンジニアが参加する開発プロジェクトの推進 ・過去事例のない新体験を生み出すIVIアプリケーション群を率いる経験 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning and development of E&E architecture appropriate for software-defined vehicles. Integrated hardware through services development and design for operation of large-scale software system connecting to large-scale data from sensing devices and to the cloud, as well as continuously increasing value through software maintenance and updates via OTA after vehicle sales. ■Job description ・Promote the development of application software for in-vehicle entertainment and information systems. ・Project management focusing on overall schedule management. ・Specification coordination with related departments. ・Joint development with cooperating companies. ■Development tools, etc. ・Configuration management tools: Git (Gerrit) / SVN ・Development languages: Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python, Perl ・Infrastructure: Amazon Web Service, On-Premises ・Development methodology: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) ・Communication tools: Slack (or Teams) ・Project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc. ・Data analysis tools: Qlik, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・Promote development projects involving engineers from around the world. ・Experience leading a group of IVI applications that create new experiences that have never been seen before. |

【必須（MUST）】 ・モビリティ業界の経験は不問・要件管理経験 ・グローバルプロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・英語でのコミュニケーション・管理能力 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required. ・Requirements management experience. ・Global project management experience. ・English communication and management skills. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・Agile開発の経験、スクラムマスターの経験・機能安全（ISO26262）、サイバーセキュリティ（ISO21434）などのセキュリティ技術に関する知識 ・CI/CD環境構築の経験 ・認識技術に関する知識 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in Agile development and Scrum Master experience. ・Knowledge of security technologies such as functional safety (ISO26262) and cybersecurity (ISO21434). ・Experience in building CI/CD environments. ・Knowledge of cognitive technology. ■語学力 ＜必須＞TOEIC800点以上 （または現在TOEIC600点以上だが入社後にTOEIC800点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方） ＜尚可＞TOEIC900点以上 ■Language Skills ・Required: TOEIC 800 or higher (or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 600 or higher but can challenge for a score of 800 or higher after joining the company). ・Desirable: TOEIC 900 or higher. |
