■チームのミッション/責任 Software Defined Vehicleに相応しいE&Eアーキテクチャの企画・開発。大量のセンシングデバイスからの入力・クラウドへの接続を前提とした大規模なソフトウェアを統合的に稼働させ、また車両販売後もOTAによるソフトウェアメンテナンス・アップデートを行って継続的に価値を高めていくための、ハードウェアからサービスまで調和の取れた開発・設計。 ■職務内容 車載エンタテインメント・インフォメーションシステムにおけるSWシステムアーキテクチャの設計。 ・IVIシステム全体のプラットフォーム開発（アーキテクチャ設計/機能開発） ・ソフトウェアの全体設計検討、設計レビュー、品質分析 ・関係部署との仕様整合と協力会社との共同開発 ・Android/Unreal Engineを活用したソフトウェアプラットフォーム開発 ・GUI開発者に向けたアプリケーション開発環境/開発方針やルール・ツールの整備 ■開発ツール ・構成管理ツール：Git（Gerrit）/SVN ・開発言語：Java、C/C++、JavaScript、Python、Perl ・インフラ：Amazon Web Service、On-Premises ・開発手法：Waterfall、Agile（Scrum, Kanban） ・コミュニケーションツール：Slack（or Teams） ・プロジェクト管理ツール：JIRA、Confluence 等 ・データ分析ツール：Qlik 等 ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル ・スマートフォンを超える複雑度を持ったシステムの全体設計及び商品化経験 ・通常のOEMの枠にとどまらない世界中の多様なパートナー、エンジニアとのコラボレーションと、それを通じた高度なアーキテクチャ設計スキル ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning and development of E&E architecture appropriate for software-defined vehicles. Integrated hardware through services development and design for operation of large-scale software system connecting to large-scale data from sensing devices and to the cloud, as well as continuously increasing value through software maintenance and updates via OTA after vehicle sales. ■Job description ・Design of SW system architecture for in-vehicle entertainment and information systems. ・Development of the overall platform for IVI systems (architecture design/function development). ・Overall design review, quality analysis of software. ・Specification coordination with related departments and joint development with cooperating companies. ・Software platform development using Android/Unreal Engine. ・Preparation of application development environment/development方針 and rules/tools for GUI developers. ■Development tools, etc. ・Configuration management tools: Git (Gerrit) / SVN ・Development languages: Java, C/C++, JavaScript, Python, Perl ・Infrastructure: Amazon Web Service, On-Premises ・Development methodology: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) ・Communication tools: Slack (or Teams) ・Project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc. ・Data analysis tools: Qlik, etc. ■Experience and skills gained through this role Overall design and commercialization experience of systems with complexity beyond smartphones. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・モビリティ業界の経験は不問・ネットワーク接続を前提としたGUIソフトウェア、高速のCPUと大容量のROM/RAMを使ったソフトウェア開発・実装の経験（量産までの経験を含む） ・システム全体の要件を把握し、技術的な判断・決定ができること ・以下の言語・環境での業務経験 もしくは 柔軟な適応ができること 言語: C、C++、C#、Java、Python、HTML、JavaScript、Node.js 環境：Linux/AUTOSAR CP/AUTOSAR AP/Android/Unreal Engine 上記領域において５年以上のソフトウェア開発経験があり、またシステム全体の要件を把握した上で技術的な判断/決定ができること。 ■Required skills / experience ・Experience in the mobility industry is not required. ・Experience in software development and implementation of GUI software that assumes network connection, and software that uses high-speed CPU and large-capacity ROM/RAM (including experience up to mass production). ・Ability to grasp the overall requirements of the system and make technical judgments and decisions. ・Experience working with the following languages and environments, or ability to adapt flexibly:Languages: C, C++, C#, Java, Python, HTML, JavaScript, Node.js ・Environments: Linux/AUTOSAR CP/AUTOSAR AP/Android/Unreal Engine ・More than 5 years of software development experience in the above areas, and ability to make technical judgments and decisions based on an understanding of the overall requirements of the system. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力・スマートフォン・スマートTV・ゲームなどの開発経験 ・Agile開発の経験、スクラムマスターの経験 ・機能安全（ISO26262）、サイバーセキュリティ（ISO21434）などのセキュリティ技術に関する知識 ・オブジェクト指向開発（SysML、UML）、要求分析、システムアーキ設計の経験 ・Automotive SPICE Level2以上の職場での開発経験 ・システムズエンジニアリング・モデルベース開発に関する知識・経験 ・人工知能に関する知識・開発経験 ・CI/CD環境構築の経験 ・Car Connectivity Consortium（CCC）に関する知識 ・画像認識に関する知識 ■Preferred skills / experience ・Experience in developing smartphones, smart TVs, games, etc. ・Experience in Agile development and Scrum Master experience. ・Knowledge of security technologies such as functional safety (ISO26262) and cybersecurity (ISO21434). ・Experience in object-oriented development (SysML, UML), requirements analysis, and system architecture design. ・Development experience in a workplace with Automotive SPICE Level 2 or higher. ・Knowledge and experience of systems engineering and model-based development. ・ Knowledge and development experience of artificial intelligence. ・Experience in building CI/CD environments. ・Knowledge of the Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC). ・Knowledge of image recognition. ■語学力 ＜必須＞TOEIC600点以上（または現在TOEIC500点以上だが入社後にTOEIC600点以上のスコアに挑戦できる方） ＜尚可＞TOEIC900点以上 ■Language Skills ・Required: TOEIC 600 or higher (or those who currently have a TOEIC score of 500 or higher but can challenge for a score of 600 or higher after joining the company). ・Desirable: TOEIC 900 or higher. |
