仕事内容	■チームのミッション/責任 Software Defined Vehicleに相応しいE&Eアーキテクチャの企画・開発。大量のセンシングデバイスからの入力・クラウドへの接続を前提とした大規模なソフトウェアを統合的に稼働させ、また車両販売後もOTAによるソフトウェアメンテナンス・アップデートを行って継続的に価値を高めていくための、ハードウェアからサービスまで調和の取れた開発・設計。 ■職務内容以下の技術を理解した上で、自動運転・安全運転支援システム用ECUのソフトウェア開発プロジェクトリードを行っていただきます。・AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classicをベースとしたソフトウェアプラットフォームの要求仕様策定、設計、実装、評価・自動運転・安全支援アプリケーションを動作させるための共通MW設計・クラウドとの接続におけるネットワークアーキテクチャ設計・デジタルキー・エントリ機能を実現する為、各種サプライアからのアプリケーション調達、およびインテグレーションの推進また、AFEELAにおけるOver The Airによるファームウェア書き換えプロジェクトを以下の知識を下にリードいただきます。・NAND/NOR Flash ROMの理解・Linux/QNX OS上での経験・OS起動シーケンスの理解・CPUアーキテクチャの理解・ネットワークにおける暗号・電子署名・証明書を用いたセキュア通信・整合性確認技術・過去にC/C++を用いた開発の経験があることが望ましい ■開発ツール等・規格：AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classic、POSIX ・OS：QNX OS、AAOS ・言語/モデル：C++、C ・その他：GitHub、Wireshark、Docker、Virtual ECU等・計測器：Vectoer関連ツール ■この役割を通じて得られる経験・スキル・演算能力の高い高性能SoCを用いたECUにおけるSWプロジェクトマネジメント・従来OEMとは異なるIT領域の水平分業への挑戦・ソニーグループのOTA技術を通じた、ロバストなプログラム書き換え・配信技術等高度なOTAシステム開発スキルの獲得・継続進化するシステムを支えるインフラ設計技術 ■Team’s Mission / Responsibilities Planning and development of E&E architecture appropriate for software-defined vehicles. Integrated hardware through services development and design for operation of large-scale software system connecting to large-scale data from sensing devices and to the cloud, as well as continuously increasing value through software maintenance and updates via OTA after vehicle sales. ■Job description You will lead software development projects for ECUs used in autonomous driving and advanced driver assistance systems, with a deep understanding of the following technologies: ●Requirements definition, design, implementation, and evaluation of software platforms based on AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classic. ●Design of common middleware for running autonomous driving and safety assistance applications. ●Design of network architecture for cloud connectivity. ●Procurement and integration of applications from various suppliers to realize the digital key and entry function. ●You will also lead the Over The Air firmware update project for AFEELA based on the following knowledge: ・ Understanding of NAND/NOR Flash ROM. ・Experience with Linux/QNX OS. ・Understanding of OS boot sequence. ・Understanding of CPU architecture. ・Secure communication and integrity verification technologies using encryption, electronic signatures, and certificates in networks. ・Experience in development using C/C++ is desirable. ■Development Tools and Technologies: ・Standards: AUTOSAR Adaptive/Classic, POSIX ・OS: QNX OS, AAOS ・Languages/Models: C++, C ・Others: GitHub, Wireshark, Docker, Virtual ECU, etc. ・Measurement tools: Vector related tools ■Experience and skills gained through this role ・SW project management for ECUs using high-performance SoCs with high computing power. ・Challenge of horizontal division of labor in the IT field, which is different from traditional OEMs. ・Acquisition of advanced OTA system development skills, such as robust program rewriting and distribution technologies, through Sony Group's OTA technology. ・Infrastructure design technology to support continuously evolving systems.

応募資格	【必須（MUST）】 ※モビリティ業界での経験は不問です。・下記の経験領域・開発環境において5年以上のソフトウェア開発経験のある方・システム全体の要件を把握したうえで技術的な決定ができる知見以下いずれかの知識・経験をお持ちの方＜経験領域＞・クラウドと連携したIoTソフトウェアの開発経験・AUTOSAR対応ソフトウェアの開発経験・TCP/IPをベースにしたクライアント・サーバシステム開発経験・QNXOSでの車載ソフトウェアの開発経験・OTAに関しては、以下の知識・経験を下にプロジェクトを推進できる方　・NAND/NOR Flash ROMの特性、制御　・OS起動シーケンスの理解　・暗号・電子署名・証明書技術　・システムアーキクチャ設計　・セキュア実装＜開発環境＞・言語：C、C++ ・環境：AUTOSAR CP/AUTOSAR APもしくはPOSIX準拠OS AAOS ※経験がない場合、迅速に対応できること ■Required skills / experience ・5+ years of software development experience in the following areas and development environments. ・Knowledge and experience in the following areas, with the ability to make technical decisions based on an understanding of the overall system requirements. Experience Areas: ・Development of IoT software with cloud connectivity. ・Development of AUTOSAR compliant software. ・Development of client-server systems based on TCP/IP. ・Development of in-vehicle software on QNX OS. For OTA, you will be able to lead the project with the following knowledge and experience: ・Characteristics and control of NAND/NOR Flash ROM. ・Understanding of OS boot sequence. ・Encryption, electronic signature, and certificate technologies. ・System architecture design. ・Secure implementation.
